GoogleWe recently used Brockenhurst for a purchase and sale transaction and couldn't be happier! They were happy to show us around the house we were interested in as many times as we needed to feel comfortable. They helped and advised us in the sale of our home, and we ended up with an offer after just 2 weeks being on sale, incidentally at exactly the price they had originally suggested! During the sale they helped keeping the chain moving, chasing up solicitors (who were as useless as ever) and keeping us updated. Excellent service overall and would be happy to use them again.

GoogleBrockenhurst Estate Agents in Oakley we used to view a bungalow in Kennet Way Oakley. The viewing was made with a friendly professional approach. Joan ( the agent) turned up spot on time and introduced herself. She showed us around with knowledge and we were not rushed. We were contacted the next day for an update of the viewing. We made an offer on the bungalow in respect of us selling our property. Hannah ( the manager ) kepted us updated at all times. We asked for another viewing which was arranged promptly and again with a friendly service. Unfortunately there was another buyer as we had not sold ours. We received a call a couple of weeks later to say the bungalow was back on the market. We had now sold ours and found a new build. Hannah and Joan were very approachable and friendly on the telephone and in person. I would definitely use the Oakley branch in the future and recommend them.
