GoogleExcellent. I rarely review anything but as buying and selling our homes is a bit of a rollercoaster, it calls for sound and steady guidance. I have been well-served by all the staff at Brockenhurst. My personal thanks to Clare & Andy; I know you and the team have gone the extra mile and earned every penny of the very reasonable fee.

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and the surrounding area. At no point did I feel pressured and would strongly recommend her.

Brockenhurst were always happy for me to ring them with any questions I had, which I had many. If you are planning on moving I would highly suggest you go and speak to Clare and the team.

GoogleThe care and consideration shown to us was top notch. We registered with easily a dozen estate agents, but Brockenhurst were the ONLY ones who listened carefully to what we wanted and then actively went out and helped us find it. I can't speak highly enough of them! Absolutely brilliant!!!

Thank you for leaving a review and we are pleased to learn that you are happy with our communication. Unfortunately in this particular instance, you are aware that our client received a higher offer than your own but gave you the opportunity of matching the higher offer. We do not understand how this could be considered underhanded as you suggest, as we handle this with complete transparency and integrity. You accepted this proposal and proceeded with the proposed purchase. You commissioned a survey and then tried to reduced your offer by £60,000 but you wouldn’t share your reasons for doing this or any of the contents of the survey, with us. Understandably, our client felt rather uncomfortable with this situation and declined your revised offer. Had you been forthcoming and had provided reasons for reducing your offer, then things may have ended differently?
