GoogleMany thanks to Abigail for everything that she did to secure our purchase. We are hugely appreciative of all of her support but I particularly want to thank her for finding the property in the first place. I doubt it would ever have happened if it wasn’t for her introducing us to the vendor at a point when the house was not yet back on the market following COVID-19 lockdown.

He added value at every step of the way for us; for example advising us on our own purchase when we’d only hired him to sell our property. The quality of his photography and careful, considerate management of interested buyers meant that we had numerous qualified offers within days of listing. And his genuine interest and support throughout the challenging conveyancing process exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a great service.

GoogleTried to buy a house through brockenhurst estate agent but what a waste of time. First time, sold house to someone else just before depositing funds and second time, they promised to call me back but never did. For buying property, I’d rather choose another agents if available.

GoogleSo far we’ve had a fantastic experience with Crystal from Brockenhurst. She was very friendly right from the viewing. Although there have been delays in our let, (No fault of agents) we have been kept informed at each step and have now signed the tenancy for our perfect home! We would definitely recommend the Lettings team.
