We are now SSTC with a solid first time buyer and we couldn't be happier! GoogleWe had a very good experience of dealing with Brockenhurst. Despite the uncertain market, we were sold very quickly, and had a good second offer too. The first buyers pulled out as their sale collapsed, but Andy and James were on it straight away, and within 24 hours they had shown our second offer viewers round for a second chance viewing, and we had a new offer within 72 hours. We are so glad we chose them to help us.

GoogleWe decided to delay posting due to previous experiences with estate agents..they start well then seem to drop off?? Not so with this company! They are the ultimate professionals and the main difference...they really care about you. We have had some difficulties with our sale and purchase but Andy has been brilliant and helped us throughout. Always there to discuss and constantly updating us. Nothing is too much trouble. When he hasnt been available, someone else from the team has helped out. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

GoogleHaving asked three estate agents to provide a quote for my mums probate property, Brockenhurst were by far the best. Why? They had excellent knowledge of the local market, a lovely shop front in Oakley and were professional and friendly. They even made a short video for the Oakley Facebook Group which had a lot of views. Every step of the way they were helpful and provide a first-class service. I can highly recommend them if you are thinking of selling a house in Oakley.

GoogleWe have been very impressed with the service Andy McElligott, at Brockenhurst, has provided, right from the start. We contacted a couple of Estate Agents initially, but after his first visit we had no hesitation in choosing Brockenhurst. He already had a suitable bungalow "up his sleeve" for us at that first visit, and worked hard to help us to finally purchase it. It was a wise move to suggest we move our viewing date forward by a week in order to be in a good position to purchase the bungalow. Within 11 days of our house going on the market, we had a buyer, and after a further week we had an agreement to buy the bungalow. He has always been a friendly presence on the end of a phone and we would be happy to recommend Brockenhurst to others.

GoogleListed with Brokenhurst after finding a house they were selling that we liked. Photos, EPC and floorplan was prompt and done by an external company. After our house was on the market we had a viewing, brilliant! After being promised a particular estate agent to do the viewing; we had to do the viewing ourselves! This was an inconvenience as we specifically went for an estate agent who deals with this. If I knew it was going to be the case I would have gone with Purple bricks, saved myself 5k and still done the viewings myself. This issue repeated for further viewings from our buyer And again when it came to our open day we were given a different estate agent to the one we were promised - so had to waste more time explaining and showing our house to another estate agent. Communication was another disappointment. We were dealing with an agent who left the company overnight and failed to store our information and send off very important forms. We thought we’d lost our sellers! Furthermore, the for sale sign ok the house we bought from brockenhurst didn’t get changed to sold until I chased a long time after. Lots of unnecessary stress which nobody needs. We will not recommend and will definitely think twice about buying through brockenhurst in the future.

GoogleI hope I won’t be moving again soon, but in the event that I do, I’ll be calling Andy at Brockenhurst again. I’ve experienced how stressful moving can be, but this time was worlds apart from before. Andy and the team took on all the “heavy lifting”, kept communication open and reassured me every step of the way. It’s clear they are an experienced and extremely customer focussed group. My old home sold within the desired time frame and Andy provided the white glove treatment. I’ve recommended the agents to everyone even thinking about moving in the area and will continue to do so! Couldn’t have asked for a better service, thanks team.

GoogleI would recommend Brockenhurst Estate Agents without reservation. I sold my late parents’ home with them, and the service from start to finish has been excellent. The manager, Andy, is amazing! And he is supported by a brilliant team of professionals. When I first put the property on the market, I was very emotional about it. Andy spent time to listen and talk through the selling experience. He absolutely understood the emotions involved in selling a property, and he was a complete star. I had an offer on the first day of marketing and Andy kept in contact throughout the selling process. He was supportive and offered good, impartial advice. As it happened, I encountered many problems with the property, which was very stressful. However, Andy at Brockenhurst was always at the end of the phone to listen. He always went above and beyond to help out, and I am very grateful for his help. I truly believe this service could not be matched by any other Estate Agent. Brockenhurst have been exemplary and I would recommend them 100%. Thank you to Andy and his team.

GoogleWe put an offer on a property, Brockenhurst didn't explain any issues with the seller, and we explained we were ready to move ASAP. We had a 2nd viewing at the property, to be told by the vendor they were in no hurry and kept their previous buyer waiting 9 months before the buyer pulled out after being kept waiting. This obviously sent alarm bells ringing with us, we didn't want our chain to fail because of us and loose the buyer for our house. We asked Brockenhurst if we could view other properties with them and they refused as we had pug in an offer on a property. We explained the situation with the house we put an offer in, but they were not interested, which meant we lost out on other properties. The vendor never replied to anything from our solicitor and wasn't a serious seller. Needless to say after 3 months and considerable expense to us and money we would never get back, we pulled out as it was not a serious house sale. Brockenhurst even confirmed the vendor hadn't been looking at other properties, Which Brockenhurst were aware of. Brockenhurst never responded to any queries and never explained the situation before taking our offer. The house is still on their website, over a year after our offer. Feel sorry for the 3rd person who had put in an offer and being messed about by Brockenhurst and vendor.

I found an Each of the staff have their own way of working together or use their own initiative to make the team standout. Their communications and work ethics are first class!! They have worked very closely with me Specially "Hannah" with all aspects to deliver an end results. Hannah is an absolute super star who made the transition to the perfection from start to completion from both side. I must express she is absolute an asset to this well grown family run business. GoogleQuite possibly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. There is not a single bit of care for the tenants and take no interest when problems occur. Communication is terrible, they are very hard to get a hold of and consistently ignore emails and calls and fail to return them.
