GoogleWe chose to go with Brockenhurst Andover to sell our house, as whilst their rate was slightly higher than a few other local agents we got quotes from, the quality of their service seemed far better. We were not disappointed! The whole team we worked with were very engaged, professional and helpful, communicating with us regularly to keep us informed throughout the entire process, but I wanted to especially mention Anji - who has gone above and beyond these last few weeks, coordinating with the whole chain, ensuring we exchanged contracts in good time for completion. GoogleI am so relieved I switched to Brockenhurst from my previous agents. I don’t know where to start with these lovely humans. Every interaction I have had with the whole team has been so kind and professional, from valuation through to completion the staff at Brockenhurst have gone above and beyond. Viewings, while naturally stressful, were arranged with excellent communication throughout. Anji really kept me together in the final weeks of the sale bringing everything together and events were able to exchange contracts. I honestly feel they are a really genuine team of people who are passionate about what they do and would recommend them in a heartbeat If you want an estate agent without the stereotypical “estate agent” feel, this is the company for you. When I move next I will be on the phone to Brockenhurst immediately!

As I expected Clare and her team were very informative and kept me in the loop for viewings and things I had to do as it had been a while since I had sold a property. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with the right answers. Everything went far smoother than I thought it would. That was down to the efficiency of the whole team.
