He was very genuine in his opinions and had a very detailed knowledge on the local market which certainly gave us confidence. At the initial meeting he gave us an honest value appraisal and this was backed up using details of similar properties that had recently sold in the area, which gave us great confidence that he had done his research. We were happy with the price Andy valued our house at and agreed to go to market. The entire marketing preparation and viewing process was easy and completed by a pleasant and very professional team. We had regular feedback and updates after every viewing, which came thick and fast. GoogleWe moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience.
We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too.
The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing.
It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer.
Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!”
5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move.

GoogleWe struggled throughout the process of buying our house with these estate agents. Communication was particularly poor and we spent most of our time chasing them for answers. Most of the time there was never anybody to answer the phones. The estate agents lacked knowledge about the houses we were interested in or failed to bring keys to show us the entirety of the properties. We are still waiting for a response to an email we sent 4 weeks ago and they have ignored our requests to have the for sale sign removed from outside our property. Thankfully, the house we bought sold itself.
