Iain for nearly a year was the one estate agent keeping the chain moving forward, received great honest communication and regular calls. Thank you Brides and Iain getting us in before Christmas. GoogleI recently moved from a rented property which Bridges of Aldershot were managing. I felt it necessary to leave a review to say how impressed I was with Esther Nicholls -Executive Client manager. She proved to be the ultimate professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her customer service was second to none. Bridges is extremely lucky to have such a positive, helpful and professional member of staff. I would recommend using Bridges if all their staff are as competent as Esther.

GoogleGreat experience with the team at Bridges from start to finish. Professional initial visit to discuss the sale of our home. Sold on first viewing for full asking price. After this there have been regular updates and communication and the team have always promptly delivered on any commitments made.

GoogleWhen my wife and I decided we wanted to sell our house and buy another, the dread of dealing with an Estate Agents brought us both to feel like not selling at all!! We just knew it would exasperate us completely, the sterotypical Estate Agent, constantly annoying us!! We bit the bullet and asked 3 agents to come and look at our property, one said they could only come in a weeks time, the next gave me the whole sales speach for about 30 minutes solid about how wonderful they were, but then couldn't get to me until next week. The third (Bridges) called me back within 10 minutes of logging my interest on the internet and said they would happily come the following day. So the following day came and Simon came to visit, both my husband and I were amazed at how much knowledge he had of the market, how honest and professional he was, and how much a geniunely nice guy he was. We signed up, as we both didn't want to wait until next week for the others. We were amazed at how smoothly it went from there, everyone who answered my phone calls were lovely and helpful. No problem was stupid or an issue to them. Both Simon and Iain were completely professional, competent and efficient during the process of selling of our home and helping us find the house of our dreams. I can not recommed Bridges enough, they could not have been more of the opposite of what I was expecting from an estate agent!! They were fully understanding and patient with people's emotional feelings and ties, instead of making a quick buck, they were willing to give everyone time to make an important, yet emotional decision, this really impressed me. Not that I ever would sell my house again, but if I did, I would definately use Bridges again!! Louise Stewart

GoogleIf I am completely honest (which may not be very kind or forgiving, but I’d like to be honest…) I have not had a good experience with estate agents- UNTIL working with Iain. Selling this house has been one of the most emotionally difficult experiences of my life due to an incredibly in-amicable separation, however, from the moment I met Iain to show him around my house, he did everything he could to make the process as easy and as comfortable as possible. He was on the phone updating me constantly. His advice was solid and reliable. He was patient and supportive. I am very grateful that at a difficult time Iain was the one in charge of managing this very important process. Highly recommend.

I have sold and bought a lot of properties over the years(30+ properties)and can honestly say the team at Bridges in Frimley have been the best experience I have ever had with Estate Agents. Totally on the ball at all times and I was always informed and kept up to date with progress. GoogleSimply put don't go anywhere else if you are looking to buy and/or sell a house! Bridges has given me a fantastic experience as a first time seller and buying a new house. I initially found a house for sale with Bridges I liked and met Simon. Absolutely best person I could have asked to have throughout the entire process of buying and selling. Simon is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get in contact with (don't underestimate this quality!) and he works incredibly hard from start to finish, giving reassuring communication the entire way. My only regret is I didn't go with the lawyers at Bridges themselves as mine were rather shocking! Our house was put on the market and had multiple offers on the first open day, which we accepted. Whilst this fell through initially by the weekend as buyer wasn't as serious, Simon worked hard and got us another competitive offer a week later and kept the chain together as we had been accepted on the house we had offered on. There will naturally be hiccups along the way with any chain, but Bridges took on all the stress for me and dealt with everything in a timely manner and was excellent with their communication throughout. The entire team at Bridges is brilliant in my opinion. Always answer the phones, emails, have time for you, I can trust them with a key to my house and only bring over genuine potential buyers. They always go the extra mile when there is any need and I just really appreciated being kept up to date so regularly, also never feeling like I was being a nuisance. If you have a question just ask them, they never make you feel stupid even if you may think or feel a bit silly to ask in the first place. So buying or selling I would recommend them in a heart beat and as I did both, I can say this with the utmost confidence!

GoogleWe bought a property via Bridges in Frimley, and from the first interaction with them, they were fantastic. The agent who showed us around the property was professional, informative and we didn't feel any pressure from him, even though we knew we needed to move quickly in making an offer. After our offer was accepted, the staff at Bridges kept in regular contact as well as kept the momentum going in the process. I would highly recommend the team at Bridges if you are selling your property, but if you're lucky enough to be buying a property through them, you will have a great experience. Thank you Bridges team!
