GoogleBridges were excellent when selling our flat. They had a good knowledge of the local market and area and were able to sell our flat quickly. When the seller dropped out we had the flat resold within days. Iain, who managed our sale, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and would happily answer any of my questions and concerns I had during the process. The pictures/videos of the property I was selling were amazing. Kris and Sarah-Jane could not be any more accommodating and helpful. Terrible customer service. This company is so inflated and consumed by its wide reach in Hampshire it has no care for its customer base. It can't even keep across it. No Call backs or confirmation emails sent for viewings. Nothing in my junk folder so emails clearly aren't being sent! Several times I arranged viewings on properties to be confirmed by email and then you hear nothing... Call up asking about my booking, no record at all of my interest in said property?!!On the off chance you actually do get confirmation to see a property, that's never really confirmation. 3 times I have been stood up going to the property at the arranged time and no agent turns up... ??? Call the office: - 'oh I'm sorry sir the house is now under offer.'A phone call, an email, a pigeon with a note, anything would have been nice to let me know so I don't waste my day turning up for nothing! Fuming isn't the word I'm sick and tired of being messed around by this incompetent excuse for an estate agent. Be warned!!

GoogleWe approached Bridges estate agents in September 21 to look a property listed on Right Move. We then saw a further 5 properties with Kathy Ellis, she was great. Every time we saw a property we would say what we liked and didn’t like about a property, Kathy would get in touch to show us properties as they came up that had things we had spoken about. We felt Kathy was really listening to us when she showed us round. When we offered on a property and the offer was accepted, Kathy and Alfie Borszcz kept us updated with progress right through to completion. Thank you for all your help 😊

GoogleThe current housing market is not a nice place to be as a buyer. It’s drought with artificially inflated house prices, vendors seeing £ signs a plenty and the majority of estate agents, cashing in with ‘gazumping’ an every day occurrence. Therefore when you bump into an estate agent that bucks the trend, remains focussed on the customer/buyer throughout and delivers genuine, credible and sincere professionalism - they stand out. To that end, Kathy Ellis at Bridges was constantly helpful throughout this journey and genuinely a great ambassador for the company…!!!

GoogleWe recently sold our family home in Badshot Lea. From start to finish and throughout the whole process, Alfie Borszcz was brilliant. We had been searching for a specific type of property in Cornwall which would accommodate four genertions and when we eventually made an offer on our ideal house, Alfie handled the sale of our home with professionalism, care, consideration and we were extremely grateful for the experience and knowledge he brought to our sale. When the original buyer pulled out, Alfie sought and obtained another purchaser with very little delay, so as not to affect the chain. He kept us up to date by phone, texts and email and we cannot speak highly enough of his efforts to ensure the sale proceeded smoothly and within the confines of a very tight time-scale. We particularly liked his honest, helpful advice and felt he was totally committed to our negotiations. Due to stressful, unexpected ongoing legal delays that were beyond my control, Aaron Milligan and Alfie Borszcz were professional and supportive throughout. They were in regular communication with me as well as the vendor and helped reassure my seller of my commitment throughout an arduous process. Due to their incredible patience and support, I was able to complete shortly after Christmas. I highly recommend the team at Bridges Farnham for their excellent service.

GoogleWe had quite the journey moving house. Along the way we lost our first buyer and had to remarket. Bridges, particularly Aaron who was our agent was fantastic. He helped us navigate losing a buyer and around stressful moments where the house we were buying wanted to drop out. The marketing of our house we were selling was fantastic, we had a huge amount of interest even over the Christmas period. Communication was just superb, the team were always there to help. We couldn't have been in safer hands for our sale.
