GoogleWould not recommend after wasting our time. After booking an appointment to visit a property for sale, travelling over 90 minutes to get there (outside of London) only to be told at the exact time of the viewing that the viewing is no longer available. Wasted our effort, wasted our time and wasted our travel costs. Avoid.

GoogleWhen considering selling my 3 bed house I wanted a straightforward sale as there was no chain involved. After inviting 3 agents from Basingstoke area (4 actually, one refused as my property was below their portfolio!) I had a clear decision and chose Bridges. Ged Egan gave the best rationale for the setting of the asking price and a clear strategy for services being offered by Bridges. The house went on the market on aTuesday, with 10 viewings on the following Saturday, 5 offers Monday and accepted one on Tuesday. I was able to email or text Ged and always got a timely response. The buyer was in rented accommodation so the chain really was optimal! The process was very straightforward as far as Ged and his Bridges team were concerned. Ged wasn’t afraid to chase solicitors for information and keep things moving forward.

GoogleBack in Oct '21, we contacted Bridges to facilitate the sale of our house. Selling your home can be extrmely stressful, and whilst we had a few delays and issues to contend with, our experience on the whole was very positive. That's because Bridges sent over Ged. From the moment he arrived to value our property to the morning of the move, Ged was calm, professional, friendly and always answered his phone. His insight throughout the whole process was 100%. What a legend! Based on my experience, I would definately recommend Bridges.

GoogleWe used Bridges to sell our house and Ged was there to help us the whole way through. Within a day of our house going on the market we had 18 viewings and was offered the asking price a day after the open day. He kept us up to date with all the developments and was always courteous, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Ged and Bridges to anyone selling or buying a house.
