GoogleThe staff were fabulous. From the first visit, viewing and completion we were kept informed and updated. The property was marketed well and the number of viewings was phenomenal! When we experience a problem Bridges stepped in to help. We can not thank everyone enough. A smooth transition at a difficult time.

GoogleJohn Duffy from bridges estate agents in Basingstoke was very professional and helpful when showing us around a property, answered any questions to the best of his knowledge. Definitely could not fault him at all! Also can not thank him enough! Although we didn’t manage to secure our property through bridges ( our buyer pulled out) we will 100% will go back to John and will also recommend them to anyone I know looking for there forever home…. Bridges is very lucky to have such a approachable agent giving not only bridges a good name but showing other estate agents how your suppose to be when looking at a property brilliant service thank you bridges

GoogleI highly recommend Bridges for house sales. I was kept up to date throughout the process and there was always someone on the end of the phone who could answer my questions, something that is really important to me. I know there is a whole team working at Bridges but I would like to mention Rob, Ollie and Connor in particularly as they worked extremely hard on the sale. All are extremely polite and very professional - they never made me feel anything was too much trouble for them, always replied to emails and phone calls and made the process as stress free as possible. When my first chain fell through Rob immediately booked another viewing that day which resulted in another offer and successful sale. I really appreciate all Bridges did and doubt they could be beaten for service standards.

She kept me well informed, was relentless in chasing up with my admittedly poor solicitors who were holding up the process and managed to Keep the deal alive when the seller was losing patience. GoogleSold my flat recently using Bridges - think it was a tough time in the market and it took a while but we did get there. Aaron was always very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Kathy was also brilliant when it came to pushing the sale through to exchange and would happily take multiple phone calls a day to get things moving.
