GoogleWe recently sold our house with Bridges and highly recommend James MacPhee. His support and clear, timely and helpful communication made us feel confident and assured throughout the sale process. There was an unknown delay from the seller, which James thoroughly investigated to ensure it was resolved quickly, and again, kept us informed throughout the process. James is friendly, thorough and professional, and we would definitely use Bridges again.

GoogleOlly and Alfie looked after me for the sale of my house in Fleet and the purchase of my new home in Farnham. Although there were obstacles along the way with my buyer they worked hard to resolve them and look after me as their client. I would highly recommend bridges having also used them previously.

GoogleOlly and the team were brilliant throughout the process of us buying our house in Church Crookham. The process was made slightly more difficult with slow solicitors and extra complications dealing with probate but the team at Bridges were really proactive throughout and we felt they were doing all they could to get things sorted as quickly as possible for us. The team were also really accommodating when we needed tradespeople and surveyors to visit the property at quite short notice. Would definitely recommend!

There were many ups and downs along the way with our sale falling through and Bridges always remained professional and gave 100% to finding our new buyer. GoogleBuying a house is notoriously stressful, for us a lot of that stress was finding the "right one" it took a long time! Ben was great, he was personable & didn't judge the never ending questions we had. He kept in touch after the first house viewing (which wasn't for us) and recommended the house we finally chose... A house we never would have looked at without a nudge! Hayley has then been delightful to speak with guiding the sale, again we had a lot of questions & she was always happy to help!

We would like to send our appreciation to David Ramon, from Bridges Frimley, for all the help that he has given us, both with buying and selling our house. We initially met David, when buying our new property and he was welcoming, professional, and treated us with utmost kindness. He provided us with a seamless tour through the property and detailed all the factors regarding the house with an inspiring enthusiasm and passion. After buying our new house and beginning to go through the process of selling our current house, we had no doubt that we would appreciate David’s services again. This was our first property that we have sold, and despite the process being quite new to us, David was yet again organised, kind and truthful. He guided us in the right direction, by giving us a fair evaluation, and was able to sell the property quickly. Overall, we strongly believe that David is hardworking and diligent, and has been a great help to us. We could not recommend his services more.

Googlemy self and my wife have recently used bridges to sell and buy a property . The service was great we spoke with multiple staff members who were informative and helpful as the sale was a challenging process that being the property was a lease hold right to buy and there were some hurdles to jump thanks to Alfie , katie , and Laura just to name a few . we were happy also with the financial advice and the price we received for the sale and the purchase of the new and old property . we were happy with the out come all round thanks bridge’s for a great conveyance .

GoogleI have used two other well known estate agents in Farnham previously. It was only when I came to Bridges and I met Alfie who was fantastic from start to finish that I had faith in my agent. Sarah and Kathy pushed through the sale for us and really put the pressure on at the end as there were some last minute problems. From my experience with the people I have worked with in the past 7 months, I would recommend Bridges to anyone who is looking for a really genuine estate agent.

They made what can be a stressful time so much easier to navigate. Can I just say that I went with Bridges because of previous dealings with Kai - best decision I made. GoogleThe team at Bridges were outstanding through the entire process, from valuation to sale. As recommended we got a couple of valuations and Bridges actually estimated the highest value. We wanted to make sure that we weren't just going with the highest valuation but an accurate one and we queried with Bridges why they were higher than the others. They reaffirmed their analysis and really backed themselves to get that price, which they did within only a couple of weeks. It was incredibly impressive. The communication from the team is excellent, they were available to answer questions from us whenever we asked. Also, the marketing strategy was really good (and effective!). They painted our house in the best light possible, knowing exactly what to feature. Thoroughly recommend, especially for the West Lothian market which they know like the backs of their hands.
