GoogleWe put our house in Eversley on the market back at the beginning of Summer with Bridges Hook. After a short time it was Sold. For various reasons the process has taken quite a while however we can not thank the whole Bridges team enough, especially Olly from the Fleet branch, who, once our house was sold took over the progression. We had not moved house since 2007 and found it all rather daunting but with weekly calls from Olly informing us of any news and progress and explaining everything along the way, it has actually been an OK and bearable process . His hard work and dedication has paid off for us as we move on 5th January. Thank you

Bridges Aldershot provided a really outstanding service when we sought to rent a property recently. Sean Hanly is a personable and highly professional member of staff and within a very short space of time made all the right connections and put us in touch with the perfect property for our needs. It is clear that his personal knowledge of the area and the property stock registered with the Company enabled him to secure a let very rapidly. We viewed the property and immediately signed a lease and had a stress free experience throughout. We highly recommend Bridges and particularly Sean Hanly.

GoogleTried to rent properties through bridges and had nothing but cancellations on viewings.. That wouldn't be such a bad thing if they didn't call you 5 minutes before the viewing when you'd already travelled to view the place. EDIT 2 - The reply suggests the problem is that 'properties are rented very quickly' and this is painfully disingenuous - the real issue and reason for my review was the ABYSMAL level of communication provided on my initial experiences - regardless of how quickly the property was rented out, it is your duty to inform those coming to view the property in a timely manner if things change. and the company failed miserably. After the apology provided over the phone I did amend to 2 stars, but the dishonesty of the reply here leads me to downgrade back to - you listened, and then ignored me - it's clear you would rather blame the 'hotness' of the market than your own companies incompetence at communication for my poor experience.

Due to high demand, properties let quickly, leading to cancellations when a property is no longer available. GoogleHayley continually went above and beyond to keep the chain moving when there were hiccups and difficulties, with buyers, sellers and solicitors! She was easy to get hold of and dealt with issues with great character over a period of weeks. I can confidently say the deal happened when it did thanks to her Herculean efforts!

GoogleBen and the wonderful team at Bridges in Ash Vale have been instrumental in securing the sale of my property in Ash Vale, a journey that took 9 months in tough market conditions. Bridges found 3 qualified buyers in this time, with 2 abandoned sales (through no fault of Bridges') before the 3rd sale proceeded to completion. During this time Bridges arranged over 60 viewings and provided feedback on each. They are all such a friendly and professional team, but a special mention has to go to Hayley! Hayley tirelessly liaises with the Solicitors, Buyers & Brokers from offer through to completion to ensure no unnecessary delays or breakdowns in communication between the parties. Ben and the team are definitely 5* (if only there was a 6th star!).

GoogleI would highly recommend Rahim and Simon here at the Frimley Estate Agency. I have bought a house with them and with the process taking much longer than it needed to Rahim stepped up and chased everyone end to end and has found time to walk me through everything. I cannot recommend them enough. I have managed to buy the house thanks to them and their dedication to help clients complete on time.
