Libby, Mike, and the team at Bridges were outstanding, they didn’t just sell our house, they helped us find our forever home.
Mike came to value our property and is genuinely one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of working with. Honest and transparent - and very personable. We knew he and Libby would get get the job done.
From the moment we listed, they had buyers through the door within days from their existing client base, resulting in 3 offers at or above asking price. On the buying side, Libby really listened to what we were looking for and, thanks to Bridges’ impressive portfolio, was able to secure us a first viewing on the exact street we’d had our eye on, and then went on to secure the property for us too.
What made the whole experience so seamless was how well they managed both sides of the transaction. Libby is a fantastic negotiator, communicated clearly throughout, and went above and beyond organising follow-up viewings with our architect and surveyors. Always responsive, always professional.
One of the best, if not the best, estate agents in Fleet. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleDespite being very friendly and demonstrating strong knowledge of the local property market, I cannot recommend Bridges Estate Agents in Frimley based on my experience.
They were very quick and persistent in encouraging buyers to increase their offers. However, their performance with paperwork was extremely poor. After the offer was accepted, Bridges failed to prepare the necessary documents (such as the memorandum of sale) within the timeframe they had indicated.
During this time, the property remained advertised as available, which led to another offer being submitted. As a result, the entire process effectively restarted, creating unnecessary pressure and pushing the price up again.
Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Bridges Estate Agents in Frimley.
