GoogleWe were looking for a bungalow in Kenilworth, they are extremely rare and Beth was really helpful and kept in touch with us and letting us know when she would next contact us, as it happened a property came up with another agent which we have now had an offer accepted on. However I would not hesitate to recommend Hart and in Particular Bethany Mansell who is extreemly professional.
It is so lovely to have received such wonderful feedback for Bethany. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review.

GoogleAwful, claimed they could not tell me their fee structure to sell my property without first viewing it, what a joke. They then proceed to cold call me for weeks until I block their number.
Good morning David. Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you feel this way. I have checked our system in sales and I can not find your details to enable me to provide more feedback. Best wishes Vanessa

GoogleJoel has been extremely professional and helpful updating me and reassuring me throughout the process of me buying my first house. Unlike other agents i dealt before, Joel was honest and upfront without making me feel that there are some obscurities in the purchase process. He will always ring to ask if everything is well and especially will take the extra mile when solicitors were slow in processing documents. I am very happy with his professionalism, honesty, and friendliness even after the pirchase was completed and i asked him to enquire something for me. Excellent service.
Thank you for your kind words Georgia! I'm glad you're keeping well and enjoying your new home. All the best, Joel
