GoogleHad used BAO several years previously to successfully sell my family home. I was delighted to find the same team in place all these years later. As before, BAO were very responsive from the start, giving me advice on the current market and being realistic with the sales price. They also helped me find a very good conveyancing solicitor. Within three days of the property being on the market, we had an offer. Lockdown 3 intervened but nothing stopped BAO ( in particular Carla), and we sold the property without a hitch. This was the easiest sale I have ever had. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Carla and the team for their excellent service...it is so important to have someone at the end of the phone (or email) who you know is battling away for you. Thank you all once again BAO.

GoogleWe can not thank Brennan Ayre O`Neill enough for selling our properties. Rob came out to see us after us being on with other agents. The advise he gave us was honest and he recommended us to market the properties differently leading us to achieve a buyer. The staff in the office Carla, Liz and Karen were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and seen the sales right the way through till the end. GoogleWe used BAO for both our sale and purchase and couldn't fault them at all. Robs valuation was spot on and we sold within days of going on the market! All of the team were a pleasure to deal with and even though our purchase wasn't straightforward everyone was kept up to date and they were helpful throughout. Liz and Karen were brilliant pre sale and Carla was fantastic for dealing with solicitors. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience dealing with BAO amidst a very stressful market. We were the buyers in this case, but they were always happy to help and facilitated our purchase under a tight time crunch. We felt we could rely on them for information and support throughout the process. Everyone at the Prenton office was amazing, but special thanks for Liz and Carla for all the assistance! As we said to them, we hope we don't have to move again, but if we do, we would absolutely go to them.
