GoogleBAO have just sold a property for me. From the moment we decided to use them, to completion,they have been better than I could ever have imagined.
They were so professional, keeping us updated initially with viewings, which they carried out on our behalf, and then with feedback immediately.
Once a buyer was found, they liaised with ourselves, our solicitors and the buyers, providing constant updates. Emma and the sales team were magnificent. When we did hit some small stumbling blocks, they smoothed them out for us, and quickly resolved the issues, that were caused by the buyer, trying to move the goal posts, extremely close to completion.
I would highly recommend Brennan Ayre and O'Neil to anybody considering selling their property.

GoogleRecently sold house via Brennan Ayre O'Neill. I mainly dealt with them via emails as it was more convenient for me but also an occasional call. They were professional and always responded quickly. It was my late fathers house and after a few months waiting for probate etc the outside was looking unkept (I live 90 mins drive away). They spotted the issue, called me to give me feedback and then provided me with a contact to tidy it up. I progressed this and the house sold 2 days after the clear up. This showed they knew what they were talking about and the lack of kerb appeal was hindering the sale of an otherwise great house.
Completion day went through without a hitch albeit it was a 2 person chain so perhaps not a stress test.

The sale of the house took about 18 months or so but this was not in any way due any failings of the team at Brennan Ayr O’Neill. On the contrary they were faithful in their dealings in continuing to try & sell the property throughout the time it took.
I would highly recommend Brennan Ayr O’Neill at Bromborough to sell your house with. If your house is taking a while to sell I would say ‘stick with them’ & be patient. Because they will be faithful & do their utmost in trying to sell it for you. They care.

From the very beginning, Tom and Deb were fantastic. Tom provided a professional and honest valuation, and Deb was always friendly, patient and incredibly helpful. I'm sure I drove her mad with all my calls and questions while I was trying to find a buyer, as I had a very tight deadline to secure my new home, but nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always happy to help.
I was delighted to secure a buyer within just three weeks, and from that point Emma managed the sale brilliantly. She kept me updated throughout, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes chasing solicitors to keep everything moving.
One thing that really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was away, another member of the team stepped in seamlessly, so nothing was ever left waiting and I always felt supported. It gave me real confidence that my sale was in safe hands.
