The whole team were incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, answered any questions quickly, and made what can be a very stressful experience feel much easier. GoogleGreat experience from start to finish. The agents were always accessible and responsive. Our administration was particularly challenging as we lived at a distance and had to do everything remotely. Brennans made this very easy. Couldn’t speak more highly of them and would recommend without reservation.

We were dealing with the sale of my mother's property when she passed and all the staff were helpful, empathetic and sensitive to our needs. We were having to deal with arrangements remotely and had no infrastructure in the area. They compensated for this with sound recommendations of local contractors that could help. Wholeheartedly recommended

Our case handler Emma was incredibly kind and extremely helpful at all stages of the process. If we were ever to sell our home in future we would definitely return to BAO as we know we can trust them. Thank you BAO for all of your help and support it is greatly appreciated.

GoogleThe service we received from everyone at the B.A.O Bromborough has been first class. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. At our first meeting with Tom we were given a full property appraisal and a realistic market price for our property. The sales team kept us fully informed of feed back from viewings, and when our first sale fell through they were a shoulder to cry on. We will always recommend them.

GoogleFrom start to finish the management and staff were outstanding during a long wait for our property, Tom and Emma and the other staff gave us upto date information and chased down solicitors and gave us reassurance when things were close to closing down the deal from other vendors... it is a stressful time when you have to try and balance your work/life balance whilst working away from home, and I phoned them up a lot but with there professional manor they were always polite and helpful. Thanks again from us both and we love our new forever home, best wishes and will use you again when we choose to sell in about 20yrs.

GoogleThese guys were competely on the ball. The sales and valuation advice was spot-on. No fancy promises, just to get me to sign-up. The sales team couldn't have been more helpful and on-it all the time. They chased everone and seemed to be able to reach parts others could not. GoogleCannot thank Tom and the team at BAO Bromborough for their help and support in selling my late Mum’s property. I was given regular updates from start to end. Emma was amazing. She was so supportive, constantly chasing things to keep the process moving. Every member of staff I dealt with were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It was a long process through no fault of BAO but with their help we got there in the end. Would not hesitate in recommending BAO. Thank you Tom and all the team
