The most important thing I could say about any estate agent is that they did what they said they would and never misled us. GoogleMoving house is well known to be stressful at the best of times, so when we decided to move after 35 years we were obviously way out of touch with the process, and things have certainly changed in those intervening years. Many estate agents came with recommendations from friends and colleagues - but in order to help us decide, we took on the role of "secret shopper" - contacting a variety of agents asking for properties in certain locations in order that we could judge them "as if they were selling our house". The one that stood head and shoulders above the rest was Brennan Ayre O'Neill (BAO) - and even though their "local" office was not on the "high street" in Bebington (closest to where we were selling and wanting to buy), the customer centric service we got from them was exemplary. This is why we choose them to manage our sale - and they also offered to act as our "agent" for the buying process, which helped with the stress levels, as they did a lot of the negotiating for us. During several months of highs and lows of the buying and selling process, the one constant was the exceptional support and advice that we got from BAO. Irrespective of who picked up the phone, they knew exactly where we were in the sell/buy process, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would I recommended Brennan, Ayre O'Neill? As I have certification in "Service Excellence" from the Disney Institute in Florida, I think I'm well placed to answer that question. The answer is a 100% recommendation! Well done BAO!!

From initial valuation through to completion with the added complication of additional surveys being required, as well as maintaining the good will of tenants throughout the process, the team did all they could to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible. All the team in the office were helpful and friendly and were excellent at chasing up on visits. Proof of the pudding was a sale at the asking price which we had hoped for but never expected. GoogleThis firm came recommended to me, and I used it to sell my father's flat. All the staff I came into contact with were pleasant, professional and did everything that they said they would do. Because I don't live in the vicinity of the flat in question, the office staff looked after interested parties, taking them around the flat on my behalf. I was kept regularly informed on what was going on, both by telephone and by e-mail. A sale might not have been concluded as quickly as it was if it was not for the proactive recontacting of one interested party by a member of staff (having asked for my authority to do so) when we decided the drop the sale price. A very good experience.

GoogleWe spoke to a number of local agents in Bromborough before choosing Brennan Ayre O'Neill. They seemed to have a good understanding of the local market and appeared very professional. This proved to be the case throughout the sale of our house. YellExcellent selling skills which conducted with extremely professional manner
I have used Brennan Ayre O Neil in Prenton a number of times, I have found them very good at getting viewings and behave always in a professional manner. They literally do look after their customers, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I am now considering letting my property so these will be the Estate agents I choose.
