They weren't even our estate agent but rather were handling the sale of a property to us (which fell through when we were gazumped 😔), however every member of staff we dealt with at BAO was friendly, professional and efficient. They were proactive, always called back when they said they would and we never had any trouble reaching them by telephone or email. That may sound like basic stuff but tell that to our estate agent... Wish I'd used BAO myself.

Cant speak highly enough of Tom Brennan and Emma Johnston and the team at Bromborough's Brennan Ayre O'Neill office. We had a poor experience with a different estate agent so were dubious when moving to BAO. We didnt need to worry. All costs were given up front, promises were kept. There was regular contact from them, even when there wasnt too much change contact was made so we knew we weren't forgotten about. We could contact and our calls were always speedily returned if occasionally they werent instantly available. All staff were very professional and friendly and they were transparent and honest. I've used this office twice in the last few years - and this was an excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who kept me informed throughout - even when I was abroad. For the significant amount of work involved, the service also provided good vfm. The team did all the viewings as well as follow ups/chasing.
