GoogleAfter 54 years of living in the same house my mother took the plunge and decided to move closer to her family. Clearly the step of actually putting her home on the market was the biggest step to take. After having other well known agents come around and go through the standard spiel not taking into account my mother’s emotions, Tom knocked on the door from BAO and from then on in, supported by a fab team at the Bromborough office (Sandy, Emma and Gill - thank you), the sale went through. The most important thing for me though was the way they ‘helped’ my mum through the process, at all times explaining to her what was happening and next steps, whilst keeping me appraised of everything that was happening so I could give my mum a supporting phone call. One key thing was that at no point when speaking to the office did we ever get told “I’m not sure about that as I’m not doing that sale”, everyone in the office was fully up to speed on the sale and didn’t have to defer to someone else. That is the first time I have ever had this from an agent. Can’t recommend them enough.

We recently sold our house with them and they were very attentive to our house sale, suggested competitive sale price that attracted many potential interested buyers and negotiated strongly for us to close the sale successfully. They were always easily accessible by phone, email or in person. I have used the services of many estate agents over the years for house purchase and sale in Scotland, England and Canada and BAO were among the best to date.

GoogleThe team at the Bromborough office are all very fast to respond to any queries when dealing with both my sale and my onward purchase. We had a challenging process at times but the whole team at BAO were faultless throughout, and if ever someone was not available another person in the team would step in to ensure things kept moving for us. They act with honesty which is something a lot estate agents don't do which we unfortunately encountered along the way. I can't thank them all enough and would highly recommend them to any friends and family looking to use an estate agent in the future.

They found me a genuine buyer within 6 days of advertising my property and negotiated the sale at very near the asking price. Amazing! Communication is a strength and staff will cover one another to provide a seamless service. No query is left unanswered and responses are always timely. Moving house is a really stressful experience but BAO went the extra mile and I would like to thank Gill, Emma, Sandy and Tom for being there for us. Our new home was also sold to us by BAO so I had a totally immersive experience of this agent and would strongly recommend you consider them as they go above and beyond to satisfy their clients.

GoogleTom Brennan and his team were vastly more helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and competent than any other estate agent I have ever dealt with. All of our questions were answered comprehensively, all messages returned quickly and agreed actions taken promptly. They added real value in difficult negotiations by successfully negotiating hard on our behalf. I would add that their professionalism was in stark contrast to the experience that I had dealing with other estate agents, and as a result, I simply would not consider using any other estate agent at all in the future. I am grateful to them for their support, guidance and for defending our interests and position.

GoogleMoving house is very stressful however the friendly but professional staff at BAO are always on hand to help in any way they can. A personal service that you will never get with an online agent. I would highly recommend them and use them again myself.

GoogleBrennan Ayre O’Neill have just sold my house , I have to say throughout the process all staff have been very informative starting with Rob when he came to do the initial valuation through to Liz arranging the viewings and Carla keeping me updated on a regular basis throughout the process. All staff have been professional with a friendly approach and are very knowledgeable within the industry and I have to say selling my house through them has been a “STRESS FREE” experience which I am sure not many can say when buying/selling a property.
