GoogleI have used BAO to manage my first rental property. Although I was initially quite apprehensive about the experience, BAO have made it so easy. They are efficient and thorough in their vetting of tenants. Having them manage the tenancy gave me great peace of mind and all for a reasonable fee. They are also friendly to deal with, honest and informative. I will definitely use them again.

GoogleHighly recommend. Great people to work with, very supportive, with good customer service. Tom and his team (Emma in particular) helped us to sell our home and buy our new home in Bromborough. Lots of communication throughout the process, to aid the sale /purchase. Good guidance and advice was provided to us to manage through the more tricky parts and get it all done.

GoogleThe team at Brennan, Ayre, O’Neill have been incredible from start to finish. Each and every person that dealt with the sale of our house were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Our sale dragged on and was quite stressful. The team, Emma especially, kept us informed every step of the way and was always on our side. We are now so happy in our new home and this wouldn’t have been possible without our fantastic estate agents!
