GoogleI cannot recommend Brambles highly enough. I was helping my Son to find an apartment to let and came across Brambles. I had contacted many other letting agents in the area and Brambles stood out as being the best in so many ways. Right from the very start from my initial enquiry right through to the signing of my Son's tenancy I felt very valued, important and so very well looked after. Megan looked after us and she went out of her way to ensure that we were kept informed every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble and it didn't matter how many times I emailed all called with questions or just for any updates Megan was always there to help and reassure us always reminding us that we could call anytime. She was wonderful and if anyone ever needs a letting agent then I would recommend you go to Brambles as they will make the whole experience of finding somewhere to live a pleasure.

GoogleI was recommended Brambles, and specifically Megan, by my neighbour who lets out his house. I am so glad I bumped into him and took his advice! This is the first time I have been a landlord and Megan could not have made the process easier. The care that was put into finding tenants was fantastic and when I had an issue with the electrician Megan was very supportive and helpful. I will not hesitate to use Brambles in future and cannot recommend them and Megan enough.

GoogleFrom our first meeting with Kathryn we were so impressed with her professionalism and depth of knowledge and we knew straight away that we wanted Brambles to sell our property for us. The whole process was superbly managed by Ryan, who secured us a buyer for our house on the first viewing (whilst coping with the added challenge of our difficult cats!). Ryan then found us our perfect home in our ideal location and from that point on he managed the chain brilliantly, keeping us informed every step of the way. His excellent communication and efficiency throughout made the process so much easier. We are so glad we chose Brambles and would unreservedly recommend them.

GoogleThe team at Brambles did an exceptional job for us, selling our house above asking price in less than a week. We also bought through them and Ryan did an amazing job of keeping things moving and avoiding unnecessary delays. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent with great local knowledge and an experienced team that makes moving house as stress free as possible.

Despite some complicated circumstances and a purchaser with unrealistic expectations, Ryan was very professional; providing us with reassurance and advice. He worked so hard and went above and beyond at every step of the way to ensure the purchase went smoothly. Assisting with all of our needs and pushing hard to get the sale over the line with all the necessary parties. We are so grateful for everything that Ryan and Brambles did for us and I would thoroughly recommend selling or buying from them as a result. GoogleI have just purchased a property in Warsash through Brambles Estate Agents. I cannot thank them enough for all the help they have given me, in particular, Chris Burgess. He was always available, via phone and email, kept in touch regularly to check on the status, if I asked a question he didn't have the answer to he would always find the answer. He chased on my behalf to help close the purchase. I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much

GoogleMegan has recently started at Brambles and is the go to contact for letting enquires and I can happily say she is extremely professional & happy to help in any way! She is very efficient in speaking to our landlord about any issues or requests and returning back with answers in a very quick time. Would have no issue with dealing with her with any requirements and recommending her to any friends who want an estate agent to deal with landlords or tenants!

GoogleI have used Brambles to let and manage a property for over ten years with great results and service. Kathryn and her team have always been quick to respond and I particularly appreciated the manner in which they dealt with any issues by calling me or the tenants first rather than emailing. Understanding the urgency of the problem (heating issues/ leaks etc) is way better with a quick call as opposed to a faceless email that says ‘boilers broken so we’ve sent plumber round to fix it’. After ten years we decided to sell and it seemed only right that Brambles managed the sale for us. Again great service from Ryan and his team. The sale process is alway fraught with difficulties and delays but the process was well managed and I was kept informed and updated at regular intervals. A great working relationship for over ten years and would thoroughly recommend Brambles for Lettings and Sales.

GoogleI was recommended to Brambles through a friend whom used their services 5 years ago! I got in touch with Megan on 1st Feb after having been searching to secure a rental property since the beginning of Jan 2022. During this search I have dealt with numerous Lettings Agents. There were only two which went beyond my expectations and I felt worked consistently on assisting me in what is an extremely competitive market. I found Megan to be extremely responsive, meticulous and professional in her approach. She is clearly dedicated to her role and is a true credit to Brambles. Thank you so much for your help Megan during what has been a stressful period and foremost for not forgetting me! I will most certainly return to Brambles should I require your services in the future and I highly recommend their services. Wish you all the best Megan and thank you again :)

GoogleRyan has been a godsend over our house purchase! After 2 previous collapsed chains, Ryan made the process a breeze. He kept us informed at all times and I haven't had to chase up once. Ryan has been efficient and was always delightful to speak to. I would highly recommend using Brambles again. No other estate agents have compared to the exceptional service we have received here.
