GoogleAsked them to take down their Let By board 3 weeks ago which had been up for a couple of months, it's still there! Also asked SBK, who took theirs down within 2 days, wouldn't use Brambles with that sort of customer service.

Hello Gill. Unfortunately I cannot find your name on our data base, perhaps if you can provide me with the property address, this would help me look in to this matter further? Were you a landlord, tenant, or a neighbour ? For your information we have recently changed our board movement company (Just before the Christmas break), as our previous supplier, which was a franchise, had a new person in charge for our area based in Newbury, they were not only slow to get jobs done, but also did not do them very well! Unfortunately this was out of our control, but now has been rectified with the appointment a new local board service company. I hope this explains the reason that this may have taken so long, but as I mentioned beforehand the actual property address would help me look in to this more, as my lettings manager did not recognise, nor can locate your name on our system. May I however take this opportunity to wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year. Kind Regards Paul Smith (Director)

FacebookWe have just moved into our first house with the help from Ryan at Brambles. He was excellent and as first time buyers he was happy to help with all our questions. He went above and beyond what we had expected and we couldn’t be more grateful. We love our new home! Thank you Ryan 😊

GoogleDirector Kathryn Smith lied to me repeatedly over the course of a viewing. Lied saying I had a chance at getting the property when it had pretty much been agreed to someone else. Called me to let me know the bad news, I called her out for lying, but she did not offer any kind of apology. Instead told me of another property which had just become available, but I never received another call about this property. Would never use to rent or buy. Definitely avoid.

YellLied To
The director of this branch lied to me repeatedly over the course of viewing a property and then the wait to find out if I had got it. I did not get the property I originally viewed, and when I called out the estate agent for lying to me, she quickly told me of another property which had just become available, literally that minute, and that someone else would call me about that the next day. Several days have passed and still no call. Would never use this estate agent again, and would definitely not recommend.

FacebookA very belated Thank You! We purchased our house from Brambles in 2017 and they were extremely helpful and supportive. The purchase was a rough ride but with Paul and his teams help and guidance we felt at ease. A massive thank you for making such a stressful time bearable. We are very happy in the house of our dreams.

FacebookFrom the moment I stepped in the door to put my mum's house on the market I knew I had made the right decision coming to Brambles.Kathryn was my first contact and was brilliant, after that my dealings were mostly with Ryan who is an absolute star.Totally professional and efficient but also with a kind understanding of dealing with people.I cannot praise them enough and they made what was a sad job for us a whole lot easier. We are so glad we made the choice we did and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.I can highly recommend them.

FacebookVery impressed with Brambles from start to finish - viewing properties to putting down an offer and subsequently purchasing our property. I was always able to get hold of them and they were quick to respond as well as advise on things above and beyond what I wouldn't expect them to deal with. Would definitely recommend them!

FacebookVery impressed with Brambles Estate Agents personal service which had my house sold in days. They were always available and kept me informed every step of the way until completion day. Even sorting out problems down the chain doing the job of others to keep my sale on time. They are great value for money for the service they provide. Genuinely worth every penny and I can not recommend them enough.
