GoogleRyan has been a godsend over our house purchase! After 2 previous collapsed chains, Ryan made the process a breeze. He kept us informed at all times and I haven't had to chase up once. Ryan has been efficient and was always delightful to speak to. I would highly recommend using Brambles again. No other estate agents have compared to the exceptional service we have received here. GoogleVery Poor service .Viewing was rushed and the lady who showed me property was constantly looking at her watch what made me very uncomfortable during walking aroud house.She promised respond for questions and never get back to me Thus is such a bad customers service I work with clients myself and this level of service its very disappointing.

Sorry to hear your poor feed back. I have looked in to this and understand the viewing was booked under a different name. Seemingly there were four adults wanting to share ( including yourself) and that you also requested the possibility of a new shower be installed. The landlord decided he would prefer to have a couple rather than four adults as tenants. This was also a new home. Paul Smith Director

GoogleI have been extremely unhappy with the service that I received from Brambles as a company over the course of my tenancy. When we first moved in the property in January, we were left with a property without any kind of cooker/hob for nearly a month so all we could make were ready meals. Then, we had a water problem where our taps/shower would not stop running, Brambles arranged for somebody to see us 4 DAYS later and Catherine was extremely rude to me when I questioned it and spoke to me like I was a child. Not to forget, there were rats in the building and I had never been advised. When it was time to leave the property, I paid £60 for a professional clean of the entire property (which was left spotless) but unfortunately the freezer wasn’t unfroze by our move date so we left it. They then charged us £80!!!!!! To clean Litterally a freezer in a 2 bed tiny flat. We were also charged £300 for a hob that we could’ve bought for the same price for £150 at curry’s and even offered to fit the hob. They had already spent our deposit without even consenting us. I had a number if other issues, I would stay well away from brambles!

GoogleWhat can we say? They did what we believed to be the impossible. The entire team, but in particular Ryan, were just fantastic. Always professional, understanding, on the ball and considerate. I would never use a different Estate Agent - simply the best of the best! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they worked tirelessly for us and kept us informed all the way. We could not recommend them highly enough and will certainly miss talking to Ryan and Mia is already missing the fuss he gave her! FacebookBrambles Estate Agents have been AMAZING!!! I highly recommend using them!!! They have been extremely helpful throughout the whole 'moving house' experience and 'held my hand' the entire way. Every phone call was answered and quickly returned. Every question was answered and dealt with straight away. They were completely on top of everything the whole way through and I knew I was in good hands. They were so friendly and felt like extended family as they ensured I was always completely in the know. Really really thankful for Ryan and Chris especially!! Thank you!!

FacebookWe had our house on the market with a couple of estate agents and were having no luck selling, then I received a recommendation from a friend to try Brambles and within a few weeks it was sold. The end to end process has been dealt with by Chris and Ryan who have shown fantastic market-knowledge and worked with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all stages. They are fantastic at communicating and really helped us understand what was going on at all stages of the sale. Would recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who wants to work with a team who are the best at what they do.
