GoogleWe were buying a house via Brambles. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They worked really hard to help us get the sale through and completed in time. Their back office staff worked with the solicitors on both sides to keep everything moving and kept us informed as the sale process progressed. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI would highly recommend using Brambles to sell a property. They were professional, yet friendly. They were not at all pushy when it came to arranging the valuation/selling their services. I liked that they used a professional photographer for the photos. Also, how the whole sales team went in to look at the house so that they all knew it well for viewings. They listened to my opionions on the sales market price and we came to a sensible agreement on the amount and wording to be used for the sale. They always checked viewing arrangements with me and gave plenty of notice on appointments. They kept me informed on all progress and returned any missed calls quickly. After I accepted the offer, they continued to keep in regular contact with all stakeholders to ensure the sale moved along at a reasonable pace and information was shared appropriately. A massive thank you to the whole Brambles team, especially Ryan and Kate.

GoogleThey have put a property for rent on Monday 16th September 2024, afternoon. I have called them and they have arranged a viewing date with me. Next day, at about 4:30pm I have received an email saying that my appointment is cancelled because tenant decided to stay. I went to their website and it shows that this particular property has been let. There is a stamp on it “LET AGREED” And they also said that the system marked the property itself as LET AGREED.
That is all correct Kasia so why are you giving us a one star review?? I passed over to you the email correspondence between ourselves, the landlord and current tenant as proof that this indeed is the case. I appreciate that it is disappointing when a property that you are interested in is now not available, especially with the lack of properties coming onto the rental market. I wish you good luck for the future in finding a new home for yourself.

GoogleThis is the second time we have sold and purchased through Brambles and once again they were amazing. We were always kept informed by the team and they were always there for help advice. Any problems they dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can not recommend Brambles enough, you always get that personal touch.

Having had 6 different agents do a valuation, Ryan stood out from all the others with his positive energy, calm disposition, work ethic and knowledge of the local area. Ryan’s work ethic, level of customer service and knowledge is exceptional. Ryan and Kate went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept informed and that the process was as smooth as possible. All viewings were booked in good time and both Ryan and Kate made sure our little rescue cat Eden was left safe and secure upon leaving the house (thank you for this). We chose Brambles to sell our house in Bursledon as we had purchased the house through you and we had been impressed by your helpful approach to house purchase, so why not use you to sell the house too? The whole team at Brambles, Bursledon were truly magnificent throughout the lengthy process of selling our property. Your ability to recall every detail about each step of our house sale was quite outstanding. Your communication skills really set you aside from most. You can convey even bad news with calm efficiency and your patience when having to leave multiple messages for us as we moved to France was exemplary. I am in no doubt that Kate's friendly and relaxed approach to house viewings helps any prospective buyer to feel at ease when considering making their biggest purchase of their life. Whilst the utter efficiency and impressive attention to detail that all the office staff demonstrate when dealing with customers conveys just that, utter efficiency. Just a brilliant service!!!

GoogleAlthough I was not officially a customer (being a buyer rather than a seller), I felt the team treated me as one. They were all very pleasant to deal with and, when required, their tireless chasing of all parties to complete the various stages was handled extremely professionally and was never pushy nor aggressive. Special thanks to Kate for getting the ball rolling and to Ryan for getting the deal over the line! I was so impressed with their service that I have chosen Brambles Bursledon to manage the letting of my previous property even though it is not in their locality. Megan on this side of things has also been a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend the Bursledon team for any matters relating to sales or letting, they have been genuinely faultless in all my dealings with them.

Ryan is incredibly professional, I am a straight to the point person and Ryan has always been mindful of this. Ryan and his team have always kept me up to date, called when they said they would, delivered feedback/news whether good or bad, and have always made me feel like they have had my best interests at heart. Buying and selling is a very stressful process but Ryan and the whole Brambles team have always gone above and beyond to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. If you want an honest, professional, hard working, no nonsense, estate agent, that will endeavour to do the best for you, then I couldn't recommend Ryan, his team and Brambles as whole highly enough.
