GoogleWe cannot recommend Brambles Estate Agents highly enough. They helped my parents through a long-distance downsizing move that, at times, felt like it was becoming impossible. There were so many hurdles along the way - buyers pulling out, buyers being given incorrect advice by their own estate agents, delays with solicitors, and all the added complications that come with managing a move from a distance. Throughout it all, Brambles was our absolute saving grace. They went above and beyond what we could ever have expected, keeping things moving, sorting out problems, offering practical help and support, and always being there when we needed them. Their dedication, professionalism and genuine care made an incredibly stressful process so much easier for my parents and our family. We honestly don't know how we would have got through it without them. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, we would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you so much for everything!

The team were incredibly considerate when arranging appointments and always made the process as easy as possible. GoogleBrambles were absolutely marvellous, from the initial meeting with Ryan to the further communications from the rest of the team through to the completion of our sale. They dealt with challenges very professionally and did their upmost to keep us as informed as possible, which given our rather chaotic situation was no mean feat. They managed to achieve a sale for us in a timely fashion and in the nick of time before we welcomed our child so the stress relief from the house being sold, I will be forever grateful for. GoogleHorrific experience from start to finish. They were managing a rental property in Warsash for my landlord. I moved in, in December '22. Instantly had very little hot water and a heating system that wasn't working. I informed them. The 18th December I had the flu, I couldn't even have a hot bath as there was barely any hot water- still, due to having no heating, the below luke warm hot water was still warmer than my 6° degree flat. I had someone come out, that was little better than a handy man, told me how to work the heating, despite already knowing how and it not working. I then reported the issue again, another person came out, still couldn't find any real fault, I was still left with minimal hot water and no heating. I'm mentally ill so didn't chase as vigorously as I should have done, but Brambles was aware of the issue. Weeks past. I had advice from citizens advice and other professionals that what they were doing was illegal. Despite pestering them some more there seemed to be great hesitation to actually get someone to come around and deal with the actual problem. The estate agent sent out an electrician, when they arrived they were bewildered as to why they were there as it wasn't a job they would deal with, they sympathised and said I needed a boiler trained engineer. I past the message on to Brambles (again). We are now near the end of January, so over a month I've had no heating and minimal hot water (enough maybe for 2/3 like warm sinks full). One evening I began to smell burning coming from the boiler. I phoned up the out of hours number and was informed to make sure everything was completely turned off- now no hot water at all for an entire evening and morning, and own of the estate agents, Megan, would come out the next day. (I wondered at the time what an estate agent would be able to do about a dangerous boiler but there you go). I was told it was the limescale inside the boiler and that's what was making the smell. Even I, knew that wasn't the reason, Megan informed me that they would still try to get someone out. Eventually I had a boiler engineer out, he immediately dismissed the claims that the burning smell was limescale, in fact, it was actually the safety mechanism on the boiler that had been completely burnt out so now BOILING water was running like a tap to the overflow system (basically wasting all the hot water, not retaining it, resulting in no hot water at all and obviously an immense waste of water, and obviously a safety issue. Furthermore, throughout the months of dealing with all this I have been kneeling down besides, looking around the boiler, as asked by Brambles to get an idea of issues. When the boiler guy inspected it, he said dangerous EXPOSED LIVE WIRES, just lose ready to shock an unfortunate individual. He was horrified. He looked at the safety certificates for the boiler etc, NO CERTIFICATE or INSPECTION had been done on the boiler since the last one which happened when the previous tenants were in situ. He said this was illegal. The boiler man identified that a whole new boiler was required, that all these months wasted on trying to 'fix' the boiler would never have worked. The boiler was kaput and there was no redeeming it. Why wasn't this identified months ago? I was living in a flat that I could see my breath in. I was spending £875 rent a month, which was always in full, on time. No apologies, nothing. I was offered an electric heater, capable of heating only very small room & v expensive to run (no deduction on rent). I waited for the boiler to arrive and to be fitted- around March time. No hot water or heat before then. No apology. The final 'comical' moment, leaving my tenancy, Nov '25, Brambles wanted to deduct a £75 cleaning fee!! The flat was spotless, a better condition than when I arrived! The deposit company ruled in my favour, they were appalled at the cheek and greed of brambles. Too many issues to write on here. Horrific experience from start to finish. Moved in December '22. Had very little hot water and a heating system that wasn't working. I informed them. Flat was 6°, I could see my breath. I had a handy-man come out, told me how to work the heating, still not working. Now over a month no heating and minimal hot water. Then a burning smell coming from boiler. Megan said was boilers limescale causing smell. Fobbed off again. Eventually, boiler engineer found the burning smell not limescale, it was safety mechanism that had burnt out. BOILING water was running to the overflow system. I had spent months beside and looking around the boiler, asked by Brambles. Professional found dangerous EXPOSED LIVE WIRES. NO CERTIFICATE /INSPECTION had been done on the boiler since the last tenants. Illegal. New boiler needed from start. left in Nov '25, Brambles tried to deduct £75 cleaning fee!! The flat was spotless, better condition than when I arrived!Deposit company ruled in my favour.

GoogleAfter having our property on the market with a local estate agent for a long period we decided to change agents and went with Brambles. The whole team came to our property once marketed so each one knew what it looked like for enquiries. A sale quickly was agreed and from start to finish Brambles were proffesional and guide us through the sale updates. Ryan, Kathryn and Kate were amazing and would deifinetly recommend to anyone looking to sell.
