GoogleWe cannot thank Ryan, Kathryn and the team at Brambles enough for helping us sell and move home. From day one, Ryan has been honest, consistent, and always professional. The team were incredibly considerate when arranging appointments and always made the process as easy as possible. Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt well informed and supported. We cannot recommend them highly enough if you are thinking of buying or selling a property.

GoogleI cannot rate Brambles highly enough, we have bought twice and sold through them and they have been fantastic at every stage. The team are really approachable and efficient, knowledgable, honest and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thanks to Ryan, Shannon and Kathryn who all worked incredibly hard to get us into our new house, we are very very grateful!

GoogleAfter having our property on the market with a local estate agent for a long period we decided to change agents and went with Brambles. The whole team came to our property once marketed so each one knew what it looked like for enquiries. A sale quickly was agreed and from start to finish Brambles were proffesional and guide us through the sale updates. Ryan, Kathryn and Kate were amazing and would deifinetly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleExcellent service from Ryan, Kate and Kathryn throughout. I had listed with another agent prior to approaching Brambles and wished I'd gone straight to Brambles. They had people coming through the door and an offer secured that we were happy within 2 months. The previous agent had one viewing in that time and just wanted us to drop the price massively. Ryan was honest with his approach right from the start, discussing realistic sales prices and not over promising. When it came to negotiating the final sale price Ryan worked hard to secure a deal that worked for all parties. Kathryn took over the final process for me and handled all the Solicitors / agents with diligence making sure the dates we needed were met. Excellent service and highly recommend.

GoogleBrambles sold our house and helped with the house we purchased. Ryan and Kate were amazing at keeping us updated. They were friendly and supportive throughout. They were always professional and made the process so much easier. When we picked up our keys for our new home Ryan gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, this was a personal touch that was so appreciated! I would definitely recommend!

GoogleBrambles were absolutely marvellous, from the initial meeting with Ryan to the further communications from the rest of the team through to the completion of our sale. They dealt with challenges very professionally and did their upmost to keep us as informed as possible, which given our rather chaotic situation was no mean feat. They managed to achieve a sale for us in a timely fashion and in the nick of time before we welcomed our child so the stress relief from the house being sold, I will be forever grateful for. GoogleAlthough I was not officially a customer (being a buyer rather than a seller), I felt the team treated me as one. They were all very pleasant to deal with and, when required, their tireless chasing of all parties to complete the various stages was handled extremely professionally and was never pushy nor aggressive. Special thanks to Kate for getting the ball rolling and to Ryan for getting the deal over the line! I was so impressed with their service that I have chosen Brambles Bursledon to manage the letting of my previous property even though it is not in their locality. Megan on this side of things has also been a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend the Bursledon team for any matters relating to sales or letting, they have been genuinely faultless in all my dealings with them.

GoogleI have used Ryan and the team at Brambles for our last 2 sales and a purchase, and they have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish every time. Ryan is incredibly professional, I am a straight to the point person and Ryan has always been mindful of this. Ryan and his team have always kept me up to date, called when they said they would, delivered feedback/news whether good or bad, and have always made me feel like they have had my best interests at heart. Buying and selling is a very stressful process but Ryan and the whole Brambles team have always gone above and beyond to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. If you want an honest, professional, hard working, no nonsense, estate agent, that will endeavour to do the best for you, then I couldn't recommend Ryan, his team and Brambles as whole highly enough. We chose Brambles to sell our house in Bursledon as we had purchased the house through you and we had been impressed by your helpful approach to house purchase, so why not use you to sell the house too? The whole team at Brambles, Bursledon were truly magnificent throughout the lengthy process of selling our property. Your ability to recall every detail about each step of our house sale was quite outstanding. Your communication skills really set you aside from most. You can convey even bad news with calm efficiency and your patience when having to leave multiple messages for us as we moved to France was exemplary. I am in no doubt that Kate's friendly and relaxed approach to house viewings helps any prospective buyer to feel at ease when considering making their biggest purchase of their life. Whilst the utter efficiency and impressive attention to detail that all the office staff demonstrate when dealing with customers conveys just that, utter efficiency. Just a brilliant service!!!

Having had 6 different agents do a valuation, Ryan stood out from all the others with his positive energy, calm disposition, work ethic and knowledge of the local area. Ryan’s work ethic, level of customer service and knowledge is exceptional. Ryan and Kate went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept informed and that the process was as smooth as possible. All viewings were booked in good time and both Ryan and Kate made sure our little rescue cat Eden was left safe and secure upon leaving the house (thank you for this). Sorry to hear your poor feed back. I have looked in to this and understand the viewing was booked under a different name. Seemingly there were four adults wanting to share ( including yourself) and that you also requested the possibility of a new shower be installed. The landlord decided he would prefer to have a couple rather than four adults as tenants. This was also a new home. Paul Smith Director

GoogleRyan valued our house to sell quickly he was honest and upfront as we had found the house we wanted to move to. We had many proceedable viewings and we sold in under 2 weeks. The property we were buying was a not so easy due to probate issues but we got there in the end and are very happy here been a 20 year plan to get back home.. finally the hubby said yes to the house. Thanks Brambles for facilitating this. This is now our family home not just a house.

GoogleI have been extremely unhappy with the service that I received from Brambles as a company over the course of my tenancy. When we first moved in the property in January, we were left with a property without any kind of cooker/hob for nearly a month so all we could make were ready meals. Then, we had a water problem where our taps/shower would not stop running, Brambles arranged for somebody to see us 4 DAYS later and Catherine was extremely rude to me when I questioned it and spoke to me like I was a child. Not to forget, there were rats in the building and I had never been advised. When it was time to leave the property, I paid £60 for a professional clean of the entire property (which was left spotless) but unfortunately the freezer wasn’t unfroze by our move date so we left it. They then charged us £80!!!!!! To clean Litterally a freezer in a 2 bed tiny flat. We were also charged £300 for a hob that we could’ve bought for the same price for £150 at curry’s and even offered to fit the hob. They had already spent our deposit without even consenting us. I had a number if other issues, I would stay well away from brambles!

GoogleWhat can we say? They did what we believed to be the impossible. The entire team, but in particular Ryan, were just fantastic. Always professional, understanding, on the ball and considerate. I would never use a different Estate Agent - simply the best of the best! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they worked tirelessly for us and kept us informed all the way.
