FacebookBrambles Estate Agents have been AMAZING!!! I highly recommend using them!!! They have been extremely helpful throughout the whole 'moving house' experience and 'held my hand' the entire way. Every phone call was answered and quickly returned. Every question was answered and dealt with straight away. They were completely on top of everything the whole way through and I knew I was in good hands. They were so friendly and felt like extended family as they ensured I was always completely in the know. Really really thankful for Ryan and Chris especially!! Thank you!!

FacebookWe had our house on the market with a couple of estate agents and were having no luck selling, then I received a recommendation from a friend to try Brambles and within a few weeks it was sold. The end to end process has been dealt with by Chris and Ryan who have shown fantastic market-knowledge and worked with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all stages. They are fantastic at communicating and really helped us understand what was going on at all stages of the sale. Would recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who wants to work with a team who are the best at what they do.

We also bought through them and Ryan did an amazing job of keeping things moving and avoiding unnecessary delays. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent with great local knowledge and an experienced team that makes moving house as stress free as possible.

GoogleWe used Brambles last time we moved back in 2017 and when it came time to move again this year there was no question that we would use them again. They were professional, friendly and always kept us updated throughout each stage. We would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleDirector Kathryn Smith lied to me repeatedly over the course of a viewing. Lied saying I had a chance at getting the property when it had pretty much been agreed to someone else. Called me to let me know the bad news, I called her out for lying, but she did not offer any kind of apology. Instead told me of another property which had just become available, but I never received another call about this property. Would never use to rent or buy. Definitely avoid.

The director of this branch lied to me repeatedly over the course of viewing a property and then the wait to find out if I had got it. I did not get the property I originally viewed, and when I called out the estate agent for lying to me, she quickly told me of another property which had just become available, literally that minute, and that someone else would call me about that the next day. Several days have passed and still no call. Would never use this estate agent again, and would definitely not recommend.
