GoogleRyan valued our house to sell quickly he was honest and upfront as we had found the house we wanted to move to. We had many proceedable viewings and we sold in under 2 weeks. The property we were buying was a not so easy due to probate issues but we got there in the end and are very happy here been a 20 year plan to get back home.. finally the hubby said yes to the house. They were always professional and made the process so much easier. When we picked up our keys for our new home Ryan gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, this was a personal touch that was so appreciated! I would definitely recommend!

GoogleExcellent service from Ryan, Kate and Kathryn throughout. I had listed with another agent prior to approaching Brambles and wished I'd gone straight to Brambles. They had people coming through the door and an offer secured that we were happy within 2 months. The previous agent had one viewing in that time and just wanted us to drop the price massively. Ryan was honest with his approach right from the start, discussing realistic sales prices and not over promising. When it came to negotiating the final sale price Ryan worked hard to secure a deal that worked for all parties. Kathryn took over the final process for me and handled all the Solicitors / agents with diligence making sure the dates we needed were met. Excellent service and highly recommend.

GoogleI have just recently bought through this agent and found them to be very pleasant and friendly to deal with..they answered all my questions and always returned calls or emails as soon as they could, ..the ladies in the office were always helpful, and Ryan the manager worked tirelessly to keep the chain intact and moving, in the final weeks he kept me informed every step of the way, even though he wasn’t my selling agent….I would sell with them if I were to ever move again without hesitation….and totally recommend them …….if you are looking for an estate agent with a more personal and human interest rather than an intimidating office experience….then brambles is the agent for you…..Nicola dilley

GoogleUsed them to sell our 2 bed end of terrace 3 years prior - they didnt disappoint then and they were fantastic this time round too! Sold our 5 bed detached house, they had 13 leads before we signed anything. Knew exactly how to market our property in a Buyers market where all the other houses were sitting for months amongst price drop after price drop. We got what we wanted price wise didnt have to drop a penny and Brambles were prepared to push for more. They were brilliant and helped get us from offer to completion in under 2 months with proactive and effective updates and coordination with the legal teams. Would highly recommend again and again.

GoogleGreat from start to finish. Ryan and his team are very likeable professions and sold out house with no issues in a very difficult market. Always on the other side of the phone for advise or just a catch up. I love the fact that he actually finds out everything he can and passes that on to the potential buyers. It just shows you can be confident they will maximize the chances of selling at a good price and a timely manner. Hopefully I never have to sell again but if I do it will certainly be Brambles! Would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleRyan from Brambles has been excellent, we first looked at a property back in April and after talking to Ryan about what we were looking for he recommended an absolute gem. Brambles communicated frequently and have shown nothing but absolute professionalism and me and my partner couldn’t recommend them high enough.
