Their professionalism, their attention to detail and their communication with keeping us informed every step of the way was exemplary. Karl, and his excellent team in particular Helen and Sam worked tirelessly on our behalf. They believe in old fashioned values putting the client first which in today's society is a rare commodity which has to be valued. We cannot thank Karl and his team enough for an absolutely first class service always on hand to answer queries in a warm and welcoming manner. I cannot praise the Holsworthy office enough.! My dad has been through a complicated and long-winded move, downsizing from a farm - not easy in your mid eighties and I (his daughter) am based in Hertfordshire. Leeann, Larry and all the ladies at the office made the whole process as easy as possible, providing endless support, working tirelessly to see the sale through. The manner in which they dealt with my dad was compassionate, sensitive & caring. Nothing has been too much trouble and I will be eternally grateful to have met and dealt with such an outstanding team.

We recently sold our first home within a week through the Bideford Office and could not of asked for better service from start to finish. Finn in particular valued our property and was then very kind in helping us as much as possible to try and find a new home. He went out of his way to keep us updated with all new instructions and even took calls outside of office hours. When viewing available properties the office managed to fit in the viewings very quickly and after work which not all agents were happy to do. All the staff in the Bideford office were always there to help and were very professional. so if we happen to move house in the future we would definitely use Bond Oxborough again. Thanks again Sam and Matt

Bond Oxford were good at keeping interest going whilst the house was on the market for over a year. However, communication was poor once we had accepted an offer and it was difficult for us to manage the rapid and unexpected demands of an early completion date by our buyers.

Yes, I certainly would. From the start Neil was very helpful and and spot on with the valuation. Such very nice people in the office, always ready to help in every way they can.. I asked if they would show people round, they did and did a wonderful job. I do not intend to move again, I have moved 19 times, but if I change my mind, who do I call? not the ghostbusters, but Bond Oxborough Phillips. Thank you each and everyone.

We saw the property on line, whilst viewing a property elsewhere in Devon with a different agent, (that was not as big as photos made it look!). I phoned BOP Agents asked if I could view in the next hour. They immediately made the booking and phoned me back. The property was viewed within two hours, shown around by the owner on a Sunday, property wasn't disappointing as photos accurate size of property, and the details thorough. Perfect for me and the property I am now happily typing this review from. Every aspect of the viewing, contact details, etc., where easy, efficient and clear. Thank you BOP.
