GoogleReally can’t recommend Black Katz enough for finding a flat in London! Sandro was absolutely brilliant and made the whole process so easy and straight forward for us. Amy has also been brilliant in the final stages of getting contracts …

GoogleTom Biro was an accommodating letting agent when I arrived in London. He was keen to educate me on the local rental market, general procedures on lettings for expats and any other queries I had. Thanks Tom!

GoogleVery helpful when looking for a house - a far better set of estate agents than many of the others we were with when looking for a house.

GoogleBad agency. Stay away from them!! They'll rip you off on checkout as they work with an old employee to run their scam

GoogleVery professional and fast approach, especially for the properties handled by Ruhul. Definitely recommend!

GoogleTruly awful. They will do nothing for you as a tenant whatsoever. They will give you a rotten, mice infested property (big time infested:), with a DEBT on electricity key meter, but pretend like they knew nothing about it. You’ve been warned…. I recommend paying a bit more for a nice property with a more professional and respected agency. But if you enjoy drama, cheapskate landlords, problems need fixing for months on end, leaks unresolved for 4-5 months on end, and non existent customer service, please do go for Black Katz, you'll love them then!

GoogleNo comments,; at the end just the rates maters.

GoogleI would give zero stars but it's not available the option. Still unfinished business with them but it looks like the zero stars is the right amount they deserve. Only cared of the money but didn't care of sorting any mould problem in the property I lived. Now they are coming up to me to give them back mouldy and broken curtains. More to say but it's too long. I agree with any other people that gave 1 star. Absolutely rubbish! Do not use this agency. They don't care! I wrote this for me not for Black Katz. Who understands me will do. Black Katz you lost your lives just give up, change job! Ps to answer to their reply. There was mould in that house since I moved back in 2019 and before me leaving I'm told I have to pay money to get it cleaned, after I already cleaned as much as I could. Of course 2 months before leaving the house what else do you want to do if after 4 years you didn't care. What you want to show me you care at the end. Of they write something to save themselves. Who dealt with this agency knows what's the deal. Bye

Elena, We are sorry that you have felt the need to write this review. We have now fully investigated matters. The tenants reported mould in May 2023 and our Maintenance Team contacted them to arrange access. The tenants did not allow access and then informed us that no contractors were to attend as the they were moving out soon. We wish you well for the future.

GoogleWe have had a great and easy experience renting through black katz as students. Everything has been stress free and easy with no problems, which was great especially as having bad experiences with agency’s in the past. Gemma was especially helpful with getting our new place sorted!
