GoogleI currently rent through these guys and they are genuinely great. The property manager Ally is always so responsive and goes above and beyond to sort any problems out and make you feel valued as a tenant as opposed to an annoyance. The contractors that they have on their books are also professional and prompt. Really great service.

GoogleWe rented with Black Katz for 2 years, and I’d like to say a huge thank you to the team, with a big shout out to Tim: thank you for being super professional, responsive, kind, and helpful from the very start! Black Katz weren't managing the flat during our time there, but they were the agents who helped us find it and assisted with the exit process (where new potential tenants were brought in to view). It was a 5 out of 5 star experience every time we needed to contact them.

GoogleBlack Katz were a very easy agency to work with. Our agent Tom was very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions as first time renters, and his punctuality helped us to get in offers very quickly after new houses were added to the market. We are very happy with the house we have ended up with thanks to Black Katz.
