Black Katz, and specifically property manager Khizer Ghafoor, were unresponsive when I raised reasonable concerns about my deposit. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told to take it to dispute with no attempt to resolve it. Very disappointing service from a managing agency.

Google🚨Avoid at all Cost🚨
Really bad experience. The staff blatantly lied to us and were passive-aggressive towards us after we raised our concerns. They promised us things then once we moved into the property those things weren’t done. Leaving us with dirty mattresses, damp bedrooms and broken plug sockets.
Update: Awful at the start of my tenancy and awful at the end of my tenancy. 10 months later I am again complaining about this place!
They told us someone would be viewing our property with only a couple of hours notice. Then, when no one showed up at the time they had arranged for the viewing, we called up to see what had happened and they said the viewing had been cancelled but they “forgot to tell us”.
Worst experience with an estate agent I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
