GoogleTaking the client to a flat with fake pictures, that is an old stupid method to use in 2017 lettings market. What are you guys expecting?! The pictures were looking great, the flat looks different and bad, no worries, I will take it!

GoogleGreat experience!!! Thank you to Aidan and Gemma for providing a excellent service. After paying everything, we just waited for our moving date. We got the property very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend black Katz.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Black Katz and in particular Andrius. He was extremely helpful and answered my messages even out of hours and weekends when I wasn't expecting a reply straight away. I found all the staff to be professional and friendly and they provide an extremely efficient service.

GoogleInefficient administration, requiring repeated chases to merely do their job; tendency for providing conflicting and inconsistent information when you require servicing of your rental flat, including outsourcing to dodgy contractors who can only remedy your issue(s) during the working day; and an intolerably poor grasp of the English language, resulting in incoherent (not to mention unreasonable) contractual terms. Poor, to say the least.

GoogleWill always take the landlords side regardless of wether they're right or wrong. I was shouted at over the phone and told I had issues. Avoid!!

GoogleHigh and unfair fees ... Avoid at all cost.. Very off putting for tenants. (Should also matter for landlords) For a tenancy swap total fee is 350gbp and they won't even reduce of two people move in the same time.

GoogleDespite a landlord that was extremely incompetent, Black Katz estate agent (namely Michelle) were extremely supportive throughout the tenancy. Would recommend!

GoogleThese people do not even deserve one star. I've never been a person to write a review, let alone a bad one, but I felt the need to go out of my way to alert people to how unprofessional, disorganised and flat out RUDE these estate agents are. Never in my life have I dealt with more unprofessional people (not limited to Estate Agents - the most unprofessional people I've EVER had to deal with in ANY context). You won't be dealing with one agent, but several will harass you constantly, they will completely ignore your wishes with bully tactics until they either do what they want anyway, or you give in because they are so annoying. 7 different agents have contacted me personally - another 2 have contacted my housemate. I'm still unsure as to how they got my personal phone number either - my work number was provided on the rental application (which I still have a copy of). They have had my name wrong THREE different times, as three completely different names (despite my constant corrections), they have said that they had "just spoken to me" when they had in fact called my MALE housemate. They have disturbed me at work multiple times (despite me interrupting and saying that it wasn't a good time to talk, could we speak later (nor did they ask or apologise for the inconvenience)). Once the property was rented, 3 of them all then sent me rude, passive-aggressive text messages to my personal phone regarding the process. The biggest issued was that they TRESPASSED onto the property, despite express refusal at consistent (not one or two) viewings at unreasonable times and also argue that you agreed to said trespassing over the phone with a different colleague, during a conversation which was completely unrelated. All of this is done whilst try to argue that what they are saying is (inaccurately) "by law", despite me having extensive knowledge of such "laws", and also knowing having extensive knowledge as my rights as a tenant. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleQuick, efficient, and transparent costs right from first contact. Andrius was great. We had spent over 2 months looking for a property meeting a lot of unorganized agents. Andrius knew all the details about the flat and was fantastic at getting back to us on all our questions. Zero negatives .

GoogleProperty search has been so stressful until I have come across these guys. Even though my budget was tight and I was desperate to find a place asap, Andrius has showed me couple of places in SW and I found the perfect home. Also many thanks to manager Alex for being a true professional. I would definitely recommend Black Katz Clapham office to everyone!

GoogleHorrible customer service, Staff is RUDE to the point they laughed at my Bf face when he explained our availability. Who do you think you are? Try to be more respectful towards your customers, and people in general. We won't spend our money in a company that hired such as rude people

GoogleWhile other agents were offering tiny places for an enormous amount of money, claiming that this is the renting market in NW1 and I wouldn't be able to find any better option, , Black Katz found a two bed flat with the best quality/price ratio in Camden. I couldn't believed it when Malcolm showed me the flat. Zia and Malcolm were remarkably helpful and attentive and managed to make the renting process quick and easy. They kept assisting me also in the following months, answering any question I had in a very kind a professional way. I would strongly recommend Black Katz to anyone wishing to rent in central London.

GoogleMichelle & Tim from the London Bridge Office were so efficient in processing our rental application and ensuring we had everything we needed. Can't thank them enough for all of their hard work. Without their speedy turnaround and tireless efforts we could have easily lost our chance and letting such an amazing house! Would highly recommend them to other London Renters.

GoogleA lot of friends have mentioned that finding a place in London is a nightmare, so i was uncertain when i popped into BlackKatz by chance after work one day. Met Aidan who very kindly discussed options with me and immediately offered to show me several properties straight away. Being new to the area, he explained where the nearest tube stations/shops were and offered very impartial advice. From viewing one property, i immediately knew that this was the one. From viewing and signing the flat, it took under 24 hours and this was down to the swift and efficient service offered by BlackKatz and Aidan. They took care of all the work between the landlord and us. Would definitely recommend checking out BlackKatz!

GoogleAfter a frustrating search over many weeks, Black Katz West Hampstead & Gary in particular restored my faith that some agents are human beings, and some agencies are not just about profit, but about people too. He went out of his way to understand & try to meet my needs, and though there was nothing on the books which worked for me, he didnt try to foist just anything on me. It gave me hope that I would find something eventually. I have now done that, in a different area & a different agency, but next time I'm looking, I'll start at Black Katz.

GoogleBoth Jack and Sara were a pleasure to deal with. The fact that once an offer is made no other offers are heard stopped us getting caught up in a price bidding war. Referencing was also a fast and straightforward process. I'd have no hesitation in using Black Katz again.

GoogleI have dealt with probably over 30 agents since moving to London and it's no exaggeration to say that Malcolm is the best of the lot. He's just genuinely looking to find you a perfect place. He doesn't push you into anything like so many agents, and it's obvious he actually cares about you're looking for. I wish there were more like him.
