GoogleGreat experience. We walked in on a late Friday afternoon and had found a place by that evening. Aiden was an incredible help for us--not only friendly, informative and patient as he showed us the properties, but he worked hard and ended up staying late just to make sure everything was in order. Working with Sara after finding our new place was a pleasure as well--she was extremely helpful in making sure all of the details were in place to make the move as smooth as possible. In all the moves we've made, we've never gone through this process so quickly. When we eventually move again Black Katz will be our first stop without any hesitation.

GoogleI have found out more than once that they add adv about flats with good price/nice pictures, so you call them, but then... "sorry, the flat is already gone". it's weird, that then after a couple of day, they add the same adv for the same …

GoogleJack found me the perfect property - he was very knowledgeable about the properties, inventory and areas - this saved time and was very helpful. Really very good service all round - I've used a few agencies and these chaps i would recommend highly - you can't go too wrong with Jack. Thanks, Tony

GoogleI was looking for a property asap in London and our negotiator Wil Taylor at Black Katz was by far the most helpful, friendly and professional agent out of many of their competitors that I had spoken with. He understood our requirements and was very quick to follow up with a suitable property for my flatmate and I, even fitting us in last minute at the end of the day, for a second viewing. Sara Gomes was also very friendly and efficient at ensuring everything was up to speed in terms of paperwork for our move in date and responded thoroughly to any post queries I had regarding this. We are both grateful we came across Black Katz and would recommend to others looking to move within London.

GoogleWe had an opportunity to deal with Will and Sara (mainly) - everything from the viewing up until signing contract was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Black Katz - I have dealt with them in the past, they are very dynamic and friendly team, they understand needs and market e.g. we were are two friends looking for move in, very realistic and approachable, happy to help us with what we were looking fore. Easy to deal with. I will for sure use them in the future. Very flexible - which is quite important to us especially with a full time jobs. Z.

GoogleSo incompetent. I had to argue with them to get a second viewing. Since moving in it's been nothing but hassle - they gave me the wrong contact details for the landlord and now I'm moving out after a year. They still didn't fix a lot of …
