GoogleMy experience of viewing properties with Kush Boparai at Black Katz was excellent - he was very helpful, friendly and responsive! He provided more property viewings than any other agent I've been in contact with, offering useful information and advice on various London areas.

Googleits not easy looking for accommodation in London but the guys at Black Katz did a great job helping me find something descent and within my price range,

GoogleThe agent was 45 minutes late to the first viewing. The first place had already been let and the new tenant answered the door while he was trying to unlock it! The second place he didn't have the right keys for. The third place we couldn't find and walked around for about 30 mins before he realized his "deal sheet" had an incorrect address. Added £200 "inventory fee" at the last minute. Then, when we had been through all that, didn't bother to check with the landlord about number of tenants (wanted exactly 2 people in a 2 bed flat). Extremely disorganized. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life.

Google4 months to return deposit, flat was dirty and smoked in at start of tenancy yet charged for cleaning on move out. door got stuck unlocked and took days to convince them we needed a lock Smith. Lost passport copies. Lost bank references. sent me emails for other property deposit return twice and didn't even acknowledge when I highlighted mistake. No escalation process for complaints so no way of resolving issues with property manager. I wouldn't trust them with personal data at all.

GoogleAlthough I didn't end up renting through Black Katz the service I received when looking was really good. I was able to arrange viewings with less than an hours notice. I highly recommend speaking to Michael Maslisz from the London Bridge office, really nice, genuine and professional guy.

GoogleHad a very good service from Black Katz. From the first viewing to collecting the keys to my new flat they acted professionally and enthusiastically to ensure every step of the process was as easy and problem-free as possible.

GoogleI would highly recommend Raymond at the Borough High street location, he was very professional, could quickly see what my partner and I were looking for in an apartment and knows the area like that back of his hand. Excellent service, I plan to recommend him to all my friends, co-workers when they begin their search for a new place. If you are looking for a place here in the London Bridge area he is your guy. GoogleI would definitely recommend Black Katz and in particular Andrius. He was extremely helpful and answered my messages even out of hours and weekends when I wasn't expecting a reply straight away. I found all the staff to be professional and friendly and they provide an extremely efficient service.

GoogleWe are 10 days into our new property which is not managed by Black Katz and we are very pleased with their service. On looking for a new flat we contacted Ruggero and he showed us around on two occasions, he then started the ball rolling helping us greatly in what could have been a very complicated move. His support allowed us to move in hassle free and very quickly. Tim took over at the end to finalise everything and along with Michelle proved that the Black Katz team know what they're doing and offer fantastic service, I do believe we have found the perfect flat for us, thank you Ruggero, Tim and Michelle.
