GoogleReally helpful and always very quick to respond to any queries I had about the flat I have since moved in to. This was a brand new renovation so there was a lot of questions to be answered and coordination needed which they handled for me right up until the day I moved in.

GoogleCustomerservice? Terrible. Promisses the world, never heard from them again. Have you seen their Rightmove adverts? Oh my gosh! Not remotely professional. Can not recommend. They aim for the lower quality in the market, fair enough, but no need to have a low service.

GoogleI rented a flat through Black Katz in 2017. When I moved in, the flat was infested with fleas. The previous tenant had cats even though this was not allowed in the tenancy agreement, but the landlord knew about it. The flat was messy when I had my viewing and apparently nobody had noticed about the fleas or taken proper care of it. Even though Black Katz sent pest control, it took more than 6 weeks till I could live flea-free. In the first weeks it was impossible to be in the flat, since the infestation was severe and I had flea bites all over. I never received any monetary compensation or any apologies from Black Katz or the landlord they represent. In contrary, after a while they acted like I was making all of this up, telling me that the infestation should be gone by now. In fact, there were still fleas around, which I had proof for, but nobody ever attended the property to check. After a while they stopped responding to my emails. I was told that a flea infestation is a risk that the tenant bears, not the landlord. I don't think this is fair in this case, when the infestation was caused by a previous tenant. I would not rent or buy through Black Katz again.

They have explained everything in simple terms and worked quickly to find us suitable flat in the shortest possible time. Overall Black Katz is the friendliest letting agency I have worked with in London.

GoogleSaw Silvia at Black Katz and she shown us a nice two bed. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze, thanks in no small part to Silvia and Erika. Very nice people to do business with when the process of looking for a good rental can be quite stressful. I would not hesitate in recommending Black Katz to anyone looking for good properties.

GoogleWhat a bunch of INCOMPETENT buffoons. Seriously, use Black Cant's only if you want to be ripped-off, ignored and treated unprofessionally. They really don't care about you, and take your money without any consideration. They probably should be selling ice cream rather than real estate.

GoogleCall me in the morning, leaving messages even though its clear I am out of the country (costs a fortune) and all this in spite of my never having called them or asked them to let my property......i have asked to be removed from cold call list but to no avail.... arrogant and intrusive.

GoogleCouldn't be a worse business if they tried. All paperwork delayed (despite ridiculous admin fees) and did not bother fixing any issues in the flat. Landlords equally bad. Please avoid.
