GoogleThe agent was nice and fair, but the administration and following part was awful. The practice was handled with a great lack of professionality, transparency and humanity. The administrator did not even know the legislation (what documents may be provided for a right to rent check), was never available nor reachable the days prior to entering the house, and ultimately left me homeless for the weekend because of the a money transfer not been cleared again (despite an urgent transfer which actually cleared prior to the starting date). But hey: it's the weekend, who cares about leaving a person in the street because I can't bother to peform a double check. - Left homeless for a weekend (in which I was paying the house), because nobody could bother to check the money transfer for the final deposit - Promised unfurnished "as seen", came almost empty - Director of the agency disappearing for days and then telling me the day before the entry "Sorry, you will enter next week" - Fixings and repairs not done as required - I have received a piece of broken key I don't even know what to use for - Lack of technical knowledge of the laws and guidelines (I had to explain the administrator that an EEA ID card is equivalent to the passport, according to the UK 2016 statute on rents) - Lack of humanity and transparency: you are pretty much just a bag of money

GoogleWe had a very smooth and stress free experience with Black Katz and all the staff we dealt with in the crouch end branch we’re very helpful. Johnny gave us the viewing who was reassuring to deal with and was very clear and concise with any questions we had. Tom was also very helpful.

GoogleMy husband, children and I needed a place to live in Crouch End for six months whilst renovating our own property. We were having trouble locating the right place, but then Johnny at Black Katz found us the perfect property. The process for references etc was very easy and smooth and we’ve now been in the property two weeks. Very happy so far! I would recommend.

GoogleWe have been looking for a flats for weeks and one of my friend suggested to me Black Katz agency. Very easy to set up an appointment for few flats, it was quite hard to choose but at the end we managed to secure one, thanks to Sandro and Alex for making it happen!

GoogleI worked with Daniel for house viewings and putting down offers, and while our offer on a property did not reach an agreement with landlord I was very happy to have treated very well by Daniel and Black Katz - At no time did they play sales tricks and place pressure, and they were very patient with allowing me read through contracts and make decisions. I was very appreciative of their trustworthy service and would highly recommend them and Daniel.

GoogleIf you are unfortunate enough to be using Black Katz, be prepared for endless frustration. Not sure whether it's due to stupidity or utter incompetence, most likely a seemingly synergistic combination. Having dealt with them for a year, can assure you that you may be left thinking they never finished a nursery-level education. Save yourself an aneurysm and find another estate agent, or at least utilise their somewhat more competent management team.

GoogleIt's been 3 years now and the Black Katz team in Crouch End continue to 'crush it!' William showed me round the flat in 2016 and I was very impressed with his professionalism and the support he gave me in getting every thing in place for my sister to move in. Paul has been the best with seeing us through the negotiations on the renewals and this year, well let's just say i have been touched by his support and generosity. Can't thank you enough guys!

GoogleNothing but good things to say about Black Katz, they helped us find a great rental and their communication is outstanding. They, unlike a lot of estate agents, operate with high integrity which really helps. Thanks team!

GoogleI was assisted by Paul to renegotiate a tenancy contract so that I could bring forward an early release clause. This was all done smoothly to both mine and the landlords satisfaction. Many thanks.
