GoogleFailed to provide me with keys in time. Was only able to access my apartment one week after beginning of the tenancy. Caused lots of trouble, additional cost and uncertainties for me. Very unfriendly personnel, would not recommend.

Googlegave us the wrong postcode for the house we signed, which caused us to waste loads of time trying to sign up for wifi for an address that doesn't exist. useless.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Rented for a flat in Steedman Street for a year. First of all, professional cleaning was still being carried out on the day of move-in. Agent was being super RUDE on the phone and asked me “so do you want a clean flat or not?”. It wasn't even cleaned properly and I found a used underwear under my mattress!! Two of the heaters were broken and NEVER FIXED till the day we move out! Please be careful when you rent, they would actually charge you for screws and damages that you did not make when you move out!! (Currently going through adjudication with third party to get our deposit back) Please please AVOID this agent at all cost unless you want to live in a cold room for the whole winter and getting paid for something you did not damage!!!!

GoogleAmazing service and quite lucky to met Sandro as well. He took us around few flats and never gave up after couple of offers didn’t go through. At the end we managed to find the perfect flat in Battersea and it has balcony as well! Thanks a lot Sandro and the Black Katz Team in London Bridge

GoogleLeft me waiting in front of their office for half an hour with zero contact until I just gave up and left. Clearly does not value the time of potential tenants.
