GoogleDealing with Dani & Zia from the letting team were great. They understood what we wanted & got exactly the result we wanted. The after letting process with Lauren from the letting management team was also excellent. Really helpful all round.

GoogleMay God grant everyone who has had to use this wretched company patience. They don’t reply to any problem - we were without a functioning fridge tray for a year. They will look for any excuse to take chunks of out your deposit. They pinned multiple things already present at the property on us just to rob money off the deposit. Took £400 to “clear the garden” which they callously did not tell us we were responsible to keep clean, but a few months later the garden was exactly how we’d left it. Avoid like the plague. I’d honestly risk living on the streets and getting tuberculosis before using this company ever again. Typical thieving estate agent - nothing unexpected in London. Deal directly with a landlord and avoid these predatory companies if you are able.

We're very pleased with how they helped us, from start to finish. We are settled in our new place, thank you so much to the whole west Hampstead Black Katz team. GoogleI used Black Katz as a rental agency to find and secure my first flat in London after moving from the United States. I had high hopes for this company after they successfully found me a lovely studio flat in the location I was interested in. Although I was horribly mistaken. The landlord I was in contact with throughout my year-long tenancy (as well as the agency itself) was irresponsible and unreliable. Emails were almost never answered in a timely manner and responses were voiced with disregard. I was forced to resolve any issues with the flat on my own, with my own money due to lack of assistance from the agency. When I moved out of the flat, there was no information given on what to do next without me inquiring first. I was bombarded with threats of loss of security deposit even after I reached out as a tenant to resolve altercations made to the flat during my tenancy. Along with other minor inconveniences and stress I was caused, I am overall extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the people I worked with at Black Katz agency . I wanted to write this review to inform people of what they may be getting into when using them to find property in London. If i could give negative stars, I would.

GoogleWe made an offer for a year contract with 6 month break clause, never told us some parts of the offer wasnt accepted like the breakclause but had already taken our deposit and more just general lack of basic competency from the whole estate agent.

GoogleJake was extremely helpful and friendly, also offered a great deal for the property we have just rented out. Morgan, was very quick and efficient with all the paperwork. We had everything done before the move in date. I can only recommend them, had a great experience!
