GoogleI wanted to vacate my flat before the end of my contract for personal reasons and the manager was really helpful and understood the situation. He tried to help me finding a solution that could suit both me and the landlord. Even if things didn't work out as expected (because the people who showed interest disappeared) he tried his best to help me and I really appreciated it.

GoogleJohnny from Black Katz Lettings did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress of our application. In the space of just a few hours of contacting Johnny, he had arranged and taken us through a viewing and even helped us with placing an offer. Even though the offer wasn't successful, Johnny continued to send us with tailor made options and seek our feedback. I felt that Johnny was very much in to building a long term relationship with his clients and that gave me great confidence when dealing with Black Katz and the team. I highly recommend you talk to them and see for your self!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleThey do not respond to messages and something about the influx of 5 star reviews from people who have never made a Google review before is very suspicious. Not everyone is going to think it is 5 stars... very clearly there is some type of exchange for the good reviews or they are employees or friends of the business. Be weary people, read between the lines. The positive reviews have come in immediately after the last negative one! It is NOT a coincidence!NegativeResponsiveness
Hi Samantha, thank you for sharing your opinion. We have checked our systems in every office and could not locate your name anywhere. Could you let us know when you contacted us? We will be more than happy to help. About the positive reviews, we do encourage our landlords and tenants to submit reviews from time to time and you will find numerous positive ones on other review websites also.

GoogleAlex and Vincenzo were the perfect agents I could have asked for to find a new flat. In just a day I was able to see six properties, thanks to their help, and even put an offer for one! With great pleasure Vincenzo communicated me later on the day that the offer has gone through, making my day. I would recommend this agency to whomever is looking for a serious and professional help to find a new place to call home.

GoogleI was shown flats by Johnny. He was so professional. When mentioned to him that I reached the first flat he wanted to show me, about 30minutes earlier, he came as soon as he could. He showed us different flats in the areas we mentioned without wasting our time. He really listened to our needs and helped getting the best deal we could in the flat that we currently rent. Overall amazing experience with Black Katz agency. They don’t waste your time and have some really nice properties. The renting experience overall was very positive and hassle free! Thank you Johnny and Black Katz West Hampstead :)))
