Trustpilot10/10 - Zoe is a hero - Will use Bear next time we move
We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Bear Estate Agents. We had a complex chain to navigate, and without Zoe it simply wouldn’t have exchanged. She went above and beyond to help us overcome multiple hurdles, and she was a genuine pleasure to work with throughout. We’re so grateful for everything she did, I’m convinced enough to name all my future children Zoe… even the boys. ❤️

GoogleWe used Bear for the sale of our property and found them to be really helpful, friendly and proactive - in particular Sydney and Helen who were both fantastic when it came to giving us updates on the sale and chasing solicitors for us. Hopefully we will be in our new home for a very long time but we would use them again in the future :)

GoogleWe couldn’t be more grateful to Bear Estate Agents for their support throughout our journey. From the start, we really appreciated their open honesty. We had spoken to a few other agencies who put on a big show but didn’t talk to us on a real, genuine level. With Bear, we always felt we were given advice and information that was truly useful and helpful, which made such a difference. The whole team, Joe, Jamie and Shaun, were always supportive, and we genuinely felt like they were rooting for us every step of the way. A special mention has to go to Tilly, who was absolutely amazing. She helped us unpick issues with the solicitors and kept us updated when our own solicitors failed to do so, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. By the end of the journey, we felt we had built a great bond with the team, so handing in the keys at the end really did feel like a big moment. We would 100% choose Bear again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you so much to the whole team.

TrustpilotBear Estate agents were absolutely…
Bear Estate agents were absolutely brilliant. I used them 10 years ago and they are better than ever. From the moment I signed on the dotted line for Bear to sell my house to the day I moved. Tilly is an absolute gem, she was amazing and worked so hard every step of the way of the process, keeping up to date and informed at all times. Tilly really did go above and beyond. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend. Absolutely outstanding.

GoogleI recently worked with Bear Estate Agents and had a very good overall experience. The team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the local market. They were always polite and helpful whenever I got in touch, and the process moved smoothly from start to finish. There were a few times when I needed to chase for updates, but whenever I did, the team responded promptly and made sure everything was handled. Despite this, they were committed to getting things done, and the final outcome was excellent. Overall, Bear Estate Agents provided a reliable and supportive service, and I’d happily recommend them to others.

GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my flat and honestly could not have asked for a better estate agent team to guide me through the process. From start to finish they were amazing, friendly and incredibly professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always made me feel supported and reassured, even during the stressful moments. Communication was excellent throughout, every update was clear, timely and helpful. I always felt like they genuinely cared, not just about the sale, but about me and making sure everything went smoothly. I am so grateful for all their hard work and kindness. TrustpilotAMAZING!
We recently completed on the purchase of our first home and Bear were absolutely amazing the whole way through! Helen was there for us every step of the way and did everything she could to support us! Sydney was also a great help, and together, they made us feel so at ease with the process! I cannot thank them both enough for their help over the past 4 months and I would definitely recommend Bear to anyone buying/selling!

GoogleBear have been brilliant! Although, our purchase didn’t complete due to ourselves pulling out. From start to finish Bear have been superb, Josh helped us in the early stages of the purchase and was extremely helpful, Megan has been just as good and Frank a great help too! Between them they’ve answered 101 questions of ours and we couldn’t be more appreciative for the help and guidance they have given in the past 6 weeks. :) We highly recommend Bear Los.

TrustpilotThey did absolutely nothing
In 12 weeks on the market I have not had a single call from Bear in Leigh on Sea apart from to book one viewing, or seen any evidence they are marketing my property other than putting it online. I called after 6 weeks and was told they would enquire with people looking for similar properties and get some feedback about why they weren't interested in mine. This never happened. I then had a viewing booked in after 11 weeks. They were a no-show and Bear did not contact me to let me know and when I called were not able to explain why this hadn't been done. I know the market is tough but I have had 0% service.
