GoogleI would highly recommend Batcheller Monkhouse based on our own experience. They are a friendly team of knowledgeable and experienced agents. There was always someone really helpful on the end of the phone, even when our lead agent was unavailable. Their communication and response to emails/phone enquiries was excellent - both with us, our buyers and the legal teams. Unfortunately we experienced a fairly difficult journey but I feel that the whole thing might have collapsed had we not had such experienced agents to guide us through it. They were reassuring, patient & tenacious at all times, despite the on-going obstacles our chain faced. Worth their weight in gold and we are extremely grateful for all their efforts.

GoogleBrad was incredibly helpful. We were viewing a cottage that (it quickly became clear) didn’t suit our needs. Brad took the time to ask us a series of questions that allowed him to understand our most important requirements. He looked through his files and then offered to take us to another property close by that we hadn’t considered. This was a ‘mystery property’ that we quickly became interested in.

GoogleI can't praise the team at Batcheller Monkhouse enough who were supportive and communicative throughout a very long and drawn out process (no fault of BM). They were very clear, patient and transparent with me regarding the progress of my purchase and I really appreciated their positivity when the sale finally got moving again. They actually seemed really pleased for me and the vendors when it all came good. I would use them again if I was to move on (although that won't be anytime soon!)
