GoogleOur experience with Barratt Homes has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite paying for what we thought would be a quality home, we’ve encountered endless issues especially with the garden which continue to persist even a year after moving in. The lack of care for customers is evident and it’s apparent that Barratts focus lies solely on profit rather than customer care as they are yet to offer any kind of suitable solution to the problems we are experiencing. I would not recommend Barratt Homes to anyone looking for a new build home and would suggest looking elsewhere for a builder that actually values their customers. Unless, of course, you’re happy with subpar quality, disregard for detail and shortcuts in construction which result in endless persistent issues, then Barratts might be your preferred choice.

GoogleHouse is poor, garden is horrendous. On my 4th lawn in 12 months and despite Barratts getting an Independent landscaper to provide a professional recommendation on how to fix the issues, they haven't opted to go with his recommendation as it was 'overkill' and too expensive. We've not been able to use our lawn since moving in and our patio floods every time it rains. The sub-contractors used on site are all extremely poor and customer care is purely cost driven with no 'care' given to the customer at all.

GoogleNice 3 bedroom house with built in wardrobes. Kitchen has built in fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Masters bedroom ensuite. Parking in front and back garden.

GoogleYou make a complaint and they would happily put you under piles of legal information and try to tell you that we can’t solve your problem and then impose a solution which they think is right rather agreeing on anything with the customer.very sad to see how Ms Rachel ward solved the problem while representing such a big company.

GoogleWith the ice and mud on the road today ànd on a slope i slid into a small ditch ànd the Barratt workman was so kind and come across to rescue me I'm seriously disabled and I thank such nice people for their kindness
