GoogleRecently moved in here. Cannot fault the service from beginning to end, thank you for your great support Lorna you’re a star. The property itself is absolutely excellent, very minor snags. The build quality, fixtures and fittings are of very good quality. Best new build we have bought 👍

GooglePoor quality homes. Lots of short cuts. Not the best name in home development. Plenty of teething problems. Though the area seems nice, and the designs are good. Not too bad...

GoogleI went yesterday to view a 3 bed show home which was decorated to a very high standard. Excellent quality of fittings and fixtures. I fell in love with it. My rating is low because the lady who dealt with us, although she was very professional, had no welcoming smile on her face. She also didn't know anything about Burnley and as we were new to the area, it wasn't helpful. She referred me to some one else and told me they would call me. She did mention about other 110 homes to be built in the area and another commercial development aswell but no mention of this land being a coal mine land in the past. I'm now really worried if it is worth investing my money on one of the houses? I just read couple of bad reviews about it. I hope Barratt can shed some light on it? I'm a big fan of Barratt homes and I'm really looking forward to buying one but!

GooglePoorly executed houses, complaints service initially poor but has improved since getting the area manager involved. Avoid buying a house with Barratts! A complete disservice to what is a beautiful area- Swanage. 7 months later and still getting works done to the house and road.
