There showhome is based on lies, if you opt for the top of the range kitchen you end up with one less expensive than what the showhome is advertising.

We have had a fantastic experience here at Okement Park. Dean in Sales has been First Class and so has Yvette. Updated all the way on the purchase of our Ellerton House and Barratt Homes have gone over and above to ensure our experience has been Seemless . The house is built with care and finished to a great standard. We're looking foward to spending our first Christmas together in our lovely home here in Okehampton. Thank you Barratt Homes!.

We have purchased one of the first plots on this development and moved in back in April 2022 and we couldn’t be more delighted. Niall has been great from initial reservation through to completion and handover. The buildings are to a high standard and couldn’t fault the site team. Highly recommend Barratt Homes over most builders we have experienced.

Buy elsewhere. As soon as we moved into our home we were faced with issues. 5 months later and we feel like we are still stuck at square one. Beyond angry and frustrated. Very upset and wish we never bought the house. Things are so bad we were passed to the head of customer care in the east. Radio silence from him and not much has been resolved. Gas venting issues, electrics not wired properly, whole house needed re-painted, tiles in all bathrooms have been re-done 3 or 4 times, fence in garden replaced, sub-contractors trespassing into our garden, sub-contractirs drawing on and vandalising our drive way, managers on our door step lying to us, no pipe in extractor fan yo take air outside it was just circulating in the walls... the list goes on! If you want months of stress then give them your money. As soon as they have it they run.
