Facebookwe have just recently moved homes and bought a house using balmforth. Matt from balmforth could not have been anymore helpful during this stressful time. he was in daily contact with us with updates and checking on how we were doing. we did not sell our house through balmforth and hugely regret it. if we are ever to move again we would 100% use balmforth. Matt is exceptional at his job and could not have wished for a better person to deal with.

Thank you very much for such a complimentary review. In the current market the toughest part of the process is the progressing after we have agreed a sale. May agents ignore this part of the process, but it is the most stressful and demands a tremendous effort in order to agree a satisfactory sale. GoogleHaving not rented before I was a bit hesitant , but Balmforth were great from beginning to end and explained everything and answered any concerns as well, and was always informed and guided as to the next steps needed . I had a small issue with a leak when I moved in , this was reported and fixed within a few hours . Great response and professional throughout. Well done Balmforth . GoogleI just moved in to my place and Balmforth made the process smooth and simple. I have a dog and it’s difficult to find a place that allows pets, but Balmforth gave me a list of available homes to match my search criteria. They were very helpful explaining how everything works in the homes since I’m not familiar with the UK appliances. If anyone is trying to find a home with specifics they will do their best to locate one to meet your needs.
