GoogleWe’ve just secured our new office with Ayers & Cruiks, and Bradley Hair was amazing throughout the whole process. He worked around our tight schedule, arranged viewings for all the places that suited us, and was super helpful when it came to negotiating offers and getting the contracts signed. Everything was quick and easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend reaching out to Bradley if you’re looking for a new commercial property, and Ayers & Cruiks as a whole!

GoogleMy experience with Ayers and Cruiks Residential was better than I could ever expect. From the day I viewed our property with Nick, the application process started which was so quick and straight forward, and any questions I had were answered immediately by email or phone. Jo and Nick were both so helpful throughout and got me and my partner moved in within 2 weeks of viewing our home. They reassured me with our situation and managed to get us our first home for our baby on the way. I can’t thank Jo and Nick enough for everything.

GoogleI really want to thank Ayers & Cruiks for their great service. We got a very quick appointment for the house visit, special thanks to Jo Ballantyne. We liked the house and within 2 weeks we were able to move to our rented accommodation. They are helpful and easy to approach. I would recommend Ayers & Cruiks to all who are renting the property.

GoogleCameron seemed helpful, but I’m not sure I fully trust this company or who they use for referencing, check reviews on FCC paragon before handing over a holding deposit, seems we were destined to loose £420 from the start. Easy way of making money I guess. The house we viewed was beautiful but should easily have been snapped up, perfect location for commuters so it’s shocks me it’s still available, probably taking a few more ‘holding deposits’ a big con sadly.

Dear Nadine Firstly, thank you for your comments regarding Cameron. We understand your frustration at not securing the property, but it’s a shame that you chose to post such comments on a public forum. We have investigated your accusations and would comment as follows. You did pay a holding deposit of £391.15 in respect of the property, and it was removed from the market. We asked you to complete an application form for referencing purposes and made it clear that any false or misleading information could adversely affect the outcome of the referencing. You completed the form and signed it; you also signed our terms of business which clearly outline the circumstances under which your deposit might not be returned. Unfortunately, your referencing failed due one of the highlighted reasons and we explained to you that we would need to withhold your deposit to cover costs and time expended as per the terms and conditions to which you had agreed. Therefore we think your comments are unfounded as we had made you fully aware of all the circumstances surrounding your deposit. We would therefore ask you to withdraw these serious allegations. If you wish to discuss the matter further, then please contact us.

GoogleAs a Leaseholder of some 28 years at a property managed by Ayers and Cruiks for the past 7 years my experience of specific property managers has been varied and not always perfect. However since Rita Nichols has been responsible for the property there has been speedy and efficient action on all issues raised. Well done Rita!

GoogleAyers and Cruiks are a really helpful agency. Needed a two bed flat for myself and my friend and they were able to assist us really quickly. We were moved in within a month! They are very easy to contact and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them to any one who is renting as they are a great agency to rent with :)

Dear Mr Ive Thanks for your review. Its a shame you chose to post this review without giving the landlord an opportunity to rectify this situation. Firstly, we would wish to point out that it is not Ayers & Cruiks that specify and pay for your replacement windows this is done by your landlord and we have no control over this. Secondly we have since visited to check the job and have spoken with the landlord who has agreed to have the windows cleaned. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
