A&C sorted this out for us, got us back on a program of budgeted repairs and sorted out a long overdue section 21 project. Rita is quick and easy to communicate and work with and has a team of contractors she can trust - invaluable when managing leaseholders money!

Would not recommend. I’ve been a customer in various properties for over 10 years. Service charges aren’t justified. They make amounts up, charge you for them and don’t carry out the work. Multiple other tenants I know have said the same about them. Despite a decade-long relationship, if you owe them £1, they will send out bailiffs without warning.
