GoogleAbsolute crooks, not to be trusted in any way, shape or form. AVOID at all costs. Numerous issues throughout the property and constantly avoiding repairing them, when they were finally looked at the repairs were bodged and only lasted a short time. Complete lack of management or care for paying tenants. AVOID

GoogleWe have been dealing with Michael from the Fulham South office, who has been absolutely fantastic - always quick to answer an email, on time and happy to go above and beyond, he showed us a range of flats that were all suitable, and managed to find us a new home.. In one viewing!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional agency. Multiple issues in a property managed by them which took over 2 years to resolve. Further, don’t expect the return of your thousands of pounds of deposit to be returned in good time. It is not of importance to them and you will be chasing very regularly. 2 months and counting. AVOID - if you like a property, see if other agencies are listing the same one and go with them.

GoogleMoving to a new house can be stressful enough but Aspire Estate Agents managed to make our experience very positive and pleasant. From the beginning, the real estate consultant ( in our case it was Micheal Robinson ) was honest, informed and not “pushy”. He was very clear in explaining all the necessary steps and guiding us through the process. We were given all the support needed and everything was much simpler than we thought it will be. All People working at the agency are dedicated, professional and they made us feel like we were taken care of. Best real estate agency in London. Strongly recommend ✌🏻✌🏻🙂🙂

GoogleAs a solicitor and conveyancer based in central London, I have to deal with many estate agents of all shapes and sizes. Aspire, Fulham were demonstrably more pro-active than most and despite the frustrations of a slow buyer, were active in keeping my clients informed at all times, even over the Christmas holiday period. I do not usually praise agents but when I do come across excellent service, I feel it is well deserved John Petrou( GW) London EC1N 6RY

GoogleI met Adam, who is the new letting manager for Aspire in Clapham South. I was looking for a property and only had a small of amount time. He understood straight away what I was looking for and the first property he showed me was the one. He made the whole lettings process go smoothly and even helped us out when we were having a few issues with the house, after we had moved in. I wish Adam the best of luck with Aspire and his future.

GoogleWas looking to sell my flat. Clifford, the owner, came in and promised a price well above anything else I was quoted. Was then passed on to other agents, one of whom was confused as to which flat he was selling! So best to avoid Aspire - they seem to think the classic tactic of over promising to win business and then trying to convince you to sell at below the market price is a good business model.
